Sweat. Sweet! (The Search for Sweat)

Finally! I thought to myself, something new on the blog, something we've never done before. Sweat. Sweet sweet sweat. Pouring off beautiful muscular bodies. Great patches of it drenching her top. Beads of sweat dripping down her pec line, her abs...

There must be thousands of images of muscle beauties with a good sweat on, right?



Well, I'm still not sure whether the answer to that question is "No" or whether I've been looking in all the wrong places, but having spent more hours than is healthy in a female muscle image viewing vortex and turning up very few proper sweaty images, FMS turned to a friend of the blog for assistance. I stopped after the first 8,000 pictures, he told us, admitting that even among the 30 or so he had found, it was hard to tell how many were "enhanced" - the "sweat" just sprayed on water mixed with a bit of oil.



Images I remembered from way back, "classic" sweat from The Magazine Years, proved, on closer inspection, to be quite obviously of the "enhanced" variety.

And even more worrying, when I was sure I knew where to find sweaty selfies of a more recent vintage, I found my mind had been playing tricks on me too. For example, Marthe Sundby. I thought I'd find sweat bucket selfies in the Marthe folder by the shed load. It's bloody dripping off her in almost every one she takes, right?

WRONG!



At best, there's a sheen. Marthe certainly looks like she has been sweating (or is about to get busy sweating a whole lot more), but her sweat-drenched vest, the great rivers of sweat flowing over her blood-filled muscles turned out to be all in my mind.

And Marthe's wasn't the only folder I entered confidently but left disappointed.




Sweat, I can only conclude, is a lot easier to imagine than to actually find, or at least that seems to be the case for me. I realise I'm projecting sweat onto images old and new, and I don't need a doctor to tell me that must mean I really really dig a strong sexy woman with a good sweat on. And if you feel the same way you are really really going to dig this week's posts, because thankfully, though it might have proved difficult to find exactly the kind of images I dreamed of, it has not proved impossible.

Champion of the Day: Eleonora Dobrinina

Women's Physique Class B




One way or another we've ended up following Ella's first season as a Physique competitor here at FMS - from her first show in Toronto in May, via wins in two more shows, and now through to her class win at the Canadian Nationals on July 18th.



She now has four wins out of four as a Physique competitor, and, though she didn't win the overall title at the Nationals, she was awarded her pro card. Looks like I'm making history, she wrote on her Instagram right after the show. I've won all my shows, and the very first time competing at national level became an IFBB pro - which does not happen very often! I am honoured and proud! 2015 is my year!!!



The next goal/step is the OLYMPIA. I'M UNSTOPPABLE !!



On the evidence we have so far, it's hard to disagree.

OL' SCHMOE FACE

Before we get going with today's post proper, an apology for a error in a previous post. In The Joy of Ella (Part 2) we said her next contest was going to be in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She did compete there last weekend - taking home the silverware. But she also competed two weeks prior to that in Toronto, in the amateur contest that runs on the same weekend as the pro show there. And guess what? She cleaned up there too. Overall champion and recipient of a special "Ripped Freak" award. Nice.

Anyway, onto our Pic of the Week.



Hahahaaa! That moment when you're making selfies in the elevator and the door is opening... says Ella. Don't know about that guy, but I died laughing.

Thankfully, Ella only metaphorically died laughing, you understand.

Doesn't look like "that guy" was laughing to me. Looks to me like "that guy" is wearing his ol' schmoe face right there. Not that you can blame him. It's not everyday - well, actually pour moi it's not bloody ever - that you walk into a lift and get a good ol' schmoe-faced gander at female muscle of that magnitude and post-contest quality.

EVER!

I want my moment in the lift! Some guys have all the luck. (sigh)

The Joy of Ella (Part 2)

I FREAKING WON!!!!

Last Saturday, FMS reported that that very day in Toronto, abs goddess Eleonora Dobrinina would be competing in Physique for the very first time. Well, this week congratulations are in order because she only went and FREAKING WON.




She confessed she "was crying like crazy" for much of the day, overwhelmed by the messages of support she was receiving from all over the world, and "blasted" that so many people had approached her and told her they were fans and followers of hers.



They were, like the tears that flowed after she had been presented with the trophy, tears of joy. [I am] speechless, she said after the show. So glad I finally found my organization and category where I belong. And she's already talking about the next show she's planning to take by storm - in Halifax, Nova Scotia in three weeks time.

Her Abs: The Joy of Ella

Just can't get enough of last [pre-contest] phase... I bet you all excited as well when you see how lean you can be when you getting close to your show!!! Why we all love ice cream and cookies what actually keep us away from this awesomeness!!! Enjoy your weekend people and don't cheat a lot!!! Remember it's ruining your hard work.

Today, Eleonora Dobrinina will take the stage in Toronto. Previously a WBFF competitor, she has abandoned that federation after a) being told she had "too much muscle" for a Fitness competitor and then b) discovering the WBFF had scrapped Figure class at the show she was planning to do. Consequently, today will be her Physique division debut, and and her first time at an IFBB affiliated show.

I've been following her preparation rather closely in the last few weeks, glued to her Instagram, or, as one of our FMS associates calls it, her "stream of joy".

Now I wouldn't for a minute pretend that the main reason why Ella's stream is so joyful is that I'm an abs man (there, I said it!) and there are not too many sets of abs around that can match Ella's perfect midsection in contest-prep mode, as, I'm sure you will agree, the above clip (from her stream of joy of course) perfectly demonstrates.

But there is more to my (considerable) enjoyment of of all those utterly beautiful abdominal muscles emerging as Ella has been dieting than the (considerable) aesthetic appeal. Following her journey to today's show has provided a daily reminder of some of the other, less discussed reasons why I, you, and hundreds of thousands of other men and women so adore and admire women who, like Ella, devote their time and energy into sculpting their bodies into such extreme, heavenly forms.

You have to read what Ella writes about each of the pictures, but if you can bring yourself to wrench your gaze away from her stunning muscles for the time it takes to do so, you'll find that Ella reveals in her comments that she has all of the total disregard for societal norms - and her single-minded pursuit of those non-conformist goals. She has the pride in the body she has created, and at times this pride becomes arrogance. And, in spades, she has the unashamed exhibitionism. And these, along with her (considerable) aesthetic appeal, add up and create such an intoxicating effect.

Well, at least that's what it does for me!

Today one of those days ..when my hunger doesn't even let me sleep last night... which means I was dead in the gym. BUT I KILLED IT!!! I push myself and did my homework. BACK & shoulders done! Of course checking my abs even that I feel like shit, my veins telling me that I'm on point! 5 weeks to Go!!!



Holy shit Batman!!! At my mom place and it's such a great lighting even me was like holy fakkkk want to share with you!!! Enjoy your Sunday. Stay freaking motivated!



For those females who was so nervous and complaining how I train with such short shorts!!! I am actually doing big favour for those who want to see what group of muscle I train on my leg day to show how it's working!!! So just let you know I usually wear these pants!!! And from now just to avoid any stress I will wear them all the time and no more videos of me doing legs exercises with shorts! Weight from 145lbs drop to 139lbs... I am still alive and it's cool hahaha... Calipers show 0%.



Have an 8 pack! Last two never was popping!!! But this time they are there!!! Holy shittteee! Looks like I'm bringing my best shape everrrrrr!!! Just chilling... and of course at home I don't hesitate wearing only bikini and bra. *!SWOOOON!*



Simply hate to be like everybody else since I was kid I hate it!!! I always did something to be extraordinary and I always will continue to do so!!! I AM LIVING MY LIFE EVERY DAY, AS IF IT'S MY LAST. I know I'm not the only one who thinks the way I'm thinking and when those people cross my path I admire them a lot!!! Because a lot of people wish to be this way, but ONLY FEW can do so!!!

Don't count tonight it's almost over... Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 3 days and I finally step on stage!!! I was waiting for sooo long!!! More than one year like I didn't step on stage. FINALLY I am going to! I love competing I love just being on stage and happy. I made the right choice. Physique all the way!

C. Moore Glootz's Fun from Rear

ALL KINDS OF TROUBLE



Problem is, as C. Moore's other writings have already revealed to you, it isn't so easy to convince people that apparently matter - judges and so forth - that this very message isn't apparent to C. Moore on every single tight little muscle butt he sees.



Seems like the UK legal system is bent on fixin' old C. Moore. Curin' myself of my prede-lick-tions. But tell me, your honour, is she or is she not lookin' at herself in that mirror wonderin' how many accidents in pants she's gonna cause today? Is she or is she not aidin' and abettin' C. Moore in his so-called "anti-social" ways with her choice of glootwear? Seems to me, your honour, that C. Moore is the VICTIM here.



Have I really acted, as you say, "outrageously"? I put it to you, sir, that the outrage was really the choice of outfit. The outrage was the public display of divine glootage.



C. Moore freely admits that questionable decisions have been made by my good self. Joining Eleonora on stage, a sweaty hand on each cheek, was not the best. [C. Moore's infamous on stage appearance was made right after he had snapped the above pic - ed.] C. Moore needed a new set of teeth post-incident. Julie Bonnett's heels sure packed some power, believe. No excuses, lesson learned. Stage is for glootage display, not for C. Moore. Ensuing lifetime ban not unreasonable methinks. Still, je ne regrette rien. Knowin' Eleonora's glooteal hardness even for that fleeting moment before the pain began was worth every penny of the hospital and dental bills.



And most recently was I in traction after trying to help out the above. Am sure those hot pants told me she wanted to know how hard her deadliftin' was makin' that ass. Was sure, and AM sure. Anyway, next thing C. Moore knows is that he's finding out how hard she can punch him in the balls. So you know, she can punch HARD.

Like I said, VICTIM!

Abs Week: Just Abs

Before I started doing the blog, I used to organise pics I collected into themed folders (a little trainspotty I know, but there you are). You won't be surprised to learn that one of the themes I returned to again and again was 'Abs'. And while I was going through those folders to prepare for this week's post, I found one called 'Just Abs'. This isn't a selection from that folder, the images today are much more recent than that, but that's where the inspiration from today's post came from.

Abs, the whole abs and nothing but the abs...


Not a sight you'd complain about if you were coming home to it night after night. Never mind your abs, darling, where's my dinner? would be an odd thing to say. Hold that pose and I'll just grab some champagne to lick off your beautiful muscles would be a much less strange reaction, don't you agree?


I think you're starting to burn, darling. Better get some cream on. Shall I? Meanwhile I'm thinking that I cannot wait to see her bronzed abs above her tan line. This holiday was definitely worth forking out for!

left: I think the abs may have been added to this image by a skilled hand (which rules me out). I'm not saying this either because I care if they are real or not (I don't) or because I'm good at spotting fakes (I'm appalling) but simply because I vaguely recall getting this image from an art site rather than a photo site. Vaguely. Anyway, real or not, aren't they pretty?

right: Now I'm 99% sure this image is real, even though the abs are bloody well UNREAL! Up the middle there are cuts that remind me of the hallmarks you see on silverware. And as far as the external obliques are concerned, well, I for one would like to see how they end up.


Another set of abs that gets me thinking about all sorts of 'dream girlfriend' scenarios, not least the one where I'm taking the picture (think about where I would have to be and where her head would be). Crude, I know, but hey, the 'clean' scenarios are not nearly as interesting.


This very lickable set of abdominal muscles belongs to Eleonora Dobrinina, who is not, as the name might suggest, a Russian, but a Canadian WBFF pro. You can follow 'Ella' and her abs on Twitter and Facebook if you like what you see, and believe me, she really likes showing off her abs. I LOVE the smiley face in the corner of the left-hand picture. Very sweet and simultaneously devilishly sexy.


The top rolled up a bit, and the shorts pulled down a bit. Yummy.

A veritable abdominal anatomy lesson. If you can see anything here except skin and muscle then you have a keener eye than I do. Wow! I think this may be Yvetta Balla's incredible midsection, can anyone confirm or refute this? Apologies for my lack of certainty today, it's just that looking at all these images has scrambled my brain a bit. Or at least I think it has.


And finally for today, Lena Hedblad, and what looks like what her abs looked like on the day of a contest. I'd say she was 'contest ready', wouldn't you?
