The Sexhibitionists: Cindy's Game

And so, to end our week of show offs, perhaps the greatest tease of them all.



These days with Cindy it's a lot more about the t&a than it is about the muscle, and it's pretty much been that way since she unveiled her enhanced look a few years ago.

Few women show so much so often but Cindy never shows it all.



It's the hook that keeps us coming back for more. How exactly is she going to expose herself without actually exposing herself this time? we wonder, imaginations running wild. How could the next photo shoot possibly be any hotter than the last?



Most recently though, there was a kind of new land(olt) mark in this ongoing saga.

I confess I did have to look at the pic long and hard before I could truly believe what Cindy was giving me the privilege of seeing for the first time after all these years...

The Sexhibitionists: Kristy Enos (& Dick Pics)

As we saw the last time we featured the beautiful Kristy Enos on FMS, her social media heat goes all the way up to 11 when she's preparing for a competition. So her IG has been essential viewing in the last few weeks as she treated us to all sorts of up-close-and-personal shots of her ever more shredded IFBB Physique pro body.



The contest she was prepping for was the San Jose Pro last weekend, and for my money she has never looked better. Ultimately her placing (in a very high quality line-up) probably didn't reflect that, but the sight of the thin skin over her vascular (and in motion) abs 10 days out is one of my personal female muscle highlights of 2018 so far.

And a few days before, she had wondered aloud (in a social media kind of way) why she gets so many "dick pics" sent to her. From guys, she thinks, "who don't know the difference between progress pics and tryin' to be a ho on IG for attention".

Then, 2 days' out...



Not trying to show off her boobs, I would guess, but they're a bit difficult to cover!

A "progress" clip for sure! I bet it got her a few more unwanted pics of dicks though.

Joking aside, what Kristy is missing here I think is that her motivation for posting her beautiful barenaked bod is irrelevant (to them). This is about the feelings, the urges that they trigger in the dick pic sending community. I wouldn't for a minute condone sending pics of your dick to any woman (or man for that matter) who hasn't expressly asked for one, but at the same time I do (kind of) understand what drives them to it in Kristy's case. First (and second and third etc.) time I watched the clips above - I'm almost ashamed to say it now - but my hands were far from being above the table.



So, if you ever want a pic Kristy, just let me know.

Phyllis Huang aka chinesegoddess777 has never been shy about showing her beautiful body off, but recently she really has upped her tease game. Since the beginning of this year she has treated us to more and more nudes - tasteful enough to get by the Instagram police, but nudes nonetheless. And as you can probably tell from the (tiny) selection of (the many many) comments, her fanbase approve.



Phyllis - I would imagine - won't stop giving us what we want. A woman in her 40s, pretty much a nobody in terms of competitive achievement, and she is adored by (tens of) thousands. She poses and posts and the compliments and the offers (marriage, tongue, "moustache chair"(!) etc.) come flying in. Must be great for her confidence.



Unlike many of the women who us male fans flock to on social media, Phyllis doesn't - as far as my cursory survey of her Instagram suggests anyway - have a lot of "fitspired" female fans. Some, yes, but the vast majority follow her for a very different kind of inspiration. Some of those other women are not especially keen on their male fans' comments. For Phyllis, however, it seems to be all about inspiring the boys.

Gone But Not Forgotten: The Street Fighter

Over the years in this forum and others, I thought he was a unique presence. Someone who had an interesting perspective and whose contributions had a consistent point of view. I still remember his coming-of-age encounters with muscular women, which were always fun to read. And of course all those amazing video posts, which must have taken hours of hours of time to construct - and to a Luddite like me, most appreciated! One of the real grown-up presences as opposed to the many trolls.

Reported on the forum whose first rule is... in mid-May, the passing of the man known (most recently) as "the street fighter" has prompted a number of heartfelt tributes.

I'm certainly going to miss hearing from him. He not only spent countless hours editing and posting the vintage [FBBing clips] that we all love seeing here, but he'd make great posts with a lot of enthusiastic insight, which included his own past experiences. He kept things light-hearted and entertaining and the best thing about this board was always reading one of his new video posts with commentary. I had the fortune to exchange several PMs with him over the years. Just a great guy.

His legendary posts brought us edited footage of contests from the entire history of the sport. A 1988 IFBB women's invitational event held in Japan which I'm pretty sure only a handful of devoted heads even knew about, let alone had footage of. The 1990 Iron Maiden, wrong result he reckoned, and complete - as always - with his own technical data: This has been floating around the web and I am unsure who made the original capture. I've attempted to reduce the artifacting from the original compression. I cropped tracking noise and resized the clip with a subtle sharpen. 11:03 Duration 720x540 25fps MKV container X265 compression. Enjoy!

But his love of the sport didn't stop when the moon pose was outlawed. Right up until last year he was still posting his own edits of shows - from Asia, Germany, North America - his love of the contest as great as ever, new divisions and all. Female bodybuilding is my first love, he wrote in 2017, but Physique is my mistress.

Today, we offer just a few of our favourite street fighter gifs, along with some choice quotes. A tiny selection of what he so passionately shared with his fellow heads.

I know there are a number of implant haters on this sight. 

However, if you have never experienced feeling a woman with implants under the muscle flexing her chest you should try it once. 

The reason being is that the because of the pressure on the implant from the contraction of the pectoral muscle the entire chest becomes hard. 

It feels like the entire breast is muscle.

Sabine Wick poses really fast on stage and a lot is happening that we miss so I had this idea. I made these gifs from the clip that stitchface posted (the best footage of Sabine Wick I've seen). 

I used software to create tweens (short for in-betweens) making frames based on weighted motion and inverse movement. 

This took the existing footage from 3 minutes to about 12. 

Then I combined the original and extended footage and slowed down her flexing but left her transitions at normal speed.

I briefly corresponded with him in late 2013, asking for permission to use some of his fantastic gifs. He was only too glad to oblige, and very encouraging about the blog. I particularly remember him saying that "you've really started to find your own voice", which - coming from him, a man whose knowledge of female muscle past and present was so great it was actually kind of intimidating - I found incredibly flattering.

We talked about our love for muscles several times. He seemed like such a nice man and he was sincere in his passion, his love of sharing so cool. I will miss him!

For any forum member to get such a send-off is absolutely unheard of, and probably says more about the way he touched so many with his generosity and skills than any cack-handed attempt from me to eulogise him could. He will, indeed, be missed.

How Stars Are Made (2018 Style)

May 4th

Emily Schubert competes at the NPC Pittsburgh Championships, winning both the Bodybuilding and Physique titles. Pics of her at the contest go up on NPC News Online, and within hours someone as dedicated/sad as I am has found them, downloaded them, and created a new thread for Emily on the forum whose first rule is...



A new star is born, he proclaims. WOW!

May 7th

The thread is added to. Another poster has found Emily's Instagram and plundered it for material. Emily, both in the final weeks of her prep for Pittsburgh and since, is quite the ripped and vascular freakshow. And she is not shy about showing it off.



May 12th

Agreed, writes a head who has found his way to the thread. A new star is born.



No one was waiting for his official stamp of approval. Since the thread had gone up, Emily and her ripped veiny body had become part of the female muscle lovin' consciousness. Upwards of 30 images of her went up on GwM in a day, and from there she was taken up by some of the (self-proclaimed) "hardcore" female muscle Tumblrs.



Those guys, they just reblog whatever each other has posted. Suddenly Emily and her veins-on-the-outside-is-the-new-veins-on-the-inside body is, as well as being pretty much all of the GwM "Recently Posted" section, in every one of their followers' feeds.

And meanwhile...

May 4th

Kate Hart graduates from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Onto the next chapter, she writes on her Instagram.



It's possible the pics were put up by someone who knows her, but in my head, it plays out something like this... an even more sad/dedicated female muscle head than I (or the dude who found Emily Schubert) is out there, scanning likely hashtags I imagine. Suddenly, there she was. After years of digging he'd finally hit 24-carat female muscle gold. The thud of his jaw hitting the floor must have been considerable.

May 10th

Why it took so long may be down to GwM's often lengthy validation process, or maybe he was simply too busy to get round to it, but 6 days after Kate moved on to the next chapter, her graduation image plus another 10 from her Instagram go up.



Now, on GwM, another section is called "Highest Score Today". Images "score" either by being favourited or given a +1 by users. A typical highly-rated image will have a score of somewhere between 60 and 100 in total. Over 200 is rare image indeed.



The image of Kate flexing her bicep in her mortarboard had, within 3 days, gained a score of over 300, and at the time of writing it has 535. As a comparison, the next highest scoring image on the first page of that section right now has a mere 175.



Kate currently has three images on her GwM page with a higher rating than that, including the mortarboard double biceps above which was posted just two days ago now. Jaws are thudding to the floor all over the female muscle lovin' world.

May 17th (today)

Both Emily and Kate were unknown just over two weeks ago. By, in Emily's case competing and Kate's graduating, they have entered the collective female muscle lovin' consciousness. Instagram followings are swelling, and - from bitter experience - the attention of the collective "we" is not always a pleasant thing to deal with.

Tube Watch

Seems like not very long since our last round-up of recent YouTube clips, but we've certainly collected more than enough to fill another post, so, we thought, why not?

WHEN A WOMAN LOVES A MUSCLE WOMAN



The girl can't help it! I do especially like the way our worshipper loses the ability to finish even the most basic sentences, and, finally, the ability to articulate words.

It's sort of comforting to know that The Madness can strike the ladies just as much as it can us fellas, although I'm more than a little jealous of how much more physical access (and free physical access at that) a woman going ga-ga over a muscle woman can get!

See also: IFBB Physique pro Sarah-Aude Salbot getting felt up by a female admirer this time last year in Miami (where - in my head - women like Sarah-Aude walking down the street wearing not very much are such a common sight the locals are immune).

WHEN A MEN LOVES A MUSCLE WOMAN

In the normal scheme of things, MuscleSportTV is not an essential watch, but one of its shows - the imaginatively named Gregg & Joe TV - hosted by Gregg (Valentino) and Joe (Pietaro) turned out to be more interesting than most. Gregg and Joe interview "Big Daddy" Chris, a New Yorker and session regular. It's a tad cruder than I would ideally like it to be, but once I had suppressed my inner prude, I found it mighty refreshing.

This may not the most respectful discussion of the topic, but I like how unapologetic Chris is, his disdain for the "schmoe" label, and his love of FBBs at their most vascular, when they look like "a GPS road map", as he puts it. The fact that Joe also confesses to being a female muscle head as well but only pleasuring himself and being (rightly) jealous of Chris' experiences is another aspect of the piece I can identify with!

From the gutter to the ballet we go (perhaps feeling we need to restore FMS' highbrow credentials at this point) [you're more deluded than I thought - ed.] with Oksana Grishina going back to her conservatory roots for a collaboration with Boris Ivanov (pianist and co-director) and Konstantin Frolov. The music is not the greatest, and there's far too much fading to Boris for my liking, but there's no denying how impressive Oksana is. The 10 or so seconds after the 1.54 mark is truly breathtaking.



The error in the title (for the benefit of our non-English-speaking readers: men is plural, One Man's Dream would be correct) may, for all I know, be entirely deliberate. Perhaps the filmmakers are commenting on the fact that what we think are our individual muscle woman fantasies are actually shared collective fantasies.

Or something.

GLAMMED AND TANNED

Best Muscle Video continues to delight with its edits of individual women, both amateur and professional, at recent shows. Our pick of the recent amateur bunch are the very watchable Gisselle Cole (Figure) and Chrissy Cuellar (Physique).

Meanwhile, they have started (I hope there will be more) to put up footage from the St. Louis Pro this year, with veteran FBB turned Physique Master Candice Carr and the gorgeous Katie Lee already ready to view. Our pick of the pros from that show and from the channel recently though is Krista Dunn. Make it past the abs and thigh at 2.40 and you will have lasted longer than me [that's "highbrow"?! - ed.]



For more Euro-centric delights, Lara Tasharofi, the Austrian winner of this year's NABBA Slovakia, gives quite the glute-show, but Body-Xtreme's coverage of the Physique class at the recent German Championships is truly essential viewing. Despite their jobs depending on it, the Research Department haven't yet been able to identify the last of the posers (or indeed any of them) but whoever she is, she is very special.

Arnolds Review: Friday Night and Saturday Morning (with Shawn, Kai and Latorya)

The recent extreme cold and snow (aka "The Beast from the East") in the UK last week, left this female muscle fan sans wife for a few days last week, as she waited for the roads to be cleared before attempting to drive back home. Crucially, my period of solitude included the early hours of Saturday morning, so I was able to spend some quality time with the Figure, Physique and Fitness divisions at the Arnolds via the live stream.



Now, I've watched live streams of big shows before, and unless it's the Arizona Pro/Rising Phoenix, the biggest problem a female muscle fan has is that invariably the running order has alternate male and female classes, so as exciting as the Figure finals were, they were immediately followed by some men in old-fashioned posing "shorts", not the women of my Physique dreams. Bit of a passion killer those shorts.



So you are constantly revving up then getting all deflated. Make yourself a drink, maybe a snack. Rearrange the furniture, empty the washing machine. Check Instagram for new #arnoldsportsfestival uploads... And the buggers in their shorts are still up there - is it my imagination or do the chaps get longer for their "routines"?



We were in the company of "experts" Shawn Ray and Kai Greene. But it became all too apparent very quickly that you would be extremely hard-pressed to find two men from the Bodybuilding community who were less knowledgeable about the women's divisions. Whoever at MD is responsible for these things must have been aware of their presenters' limitations, and so former Ms Figure Olympia and Ms Figure International Latorya Watts had been drafted in to bring her knowledge of Fitness and Physique as well as her own Figure division to bear on the commentary for the three female finals.



Are you the kind of competitor who looks at what the other girls are doing? Shawn asked her as the Figure finalists came out. Well, I used to be... she replied.



At least she knows who the reigning Ms Figure Olympia is, which is not something Shawn or Kai can claim. As Cydney was introduced and strode across the stage as she does, Shawn (or maybe it was Kai) muttered something about the top 6. "Ms Figure Olympia..." Latorya reminded them, although that's perhaps not quite the right word - you can't really remind someone of something they don't actually know in the first place. "Well, that remains to be seen..." said Shawn/Kai, obviously under the impression that Latorya was making a prediction rather than stating a fact. Understandably, she didn't labour the point, and kept pretty quiet after that.



Kai's contribution to the female classes consisted mainly of bellowing extended monosyllabic approval when ladies who particularly appealed to him took to the stage. "WowowowoWOWWOWWOW!!!" is about as exact as I can get to his "expert commentary" on Physique's Essence Monet's arrival. If that's all you are expected to bring to the live stream commentary, I can confidently say I could do that.



And my own personal biggest bellow of the night came as Natalia Coelho performed her (short, and I've checked since and it really was shorter than all the rest of the top 10 Physique finishers') routine. Specifically it was the moment when, facing the judges, she extended one leg, bent the other, lowering herself down. A double biceps in that position (I think, I was kind of transfixed by her inner thigh), followed by a lat spread. And as she hit the latter she put both hands flat on either side of her waist...



Now either Natalia has a pair of really huge hands, or she has got the tiniest waist imaginable, because the tips of the fingers on her right hand met the tips of her fingers on her left hand, like your fingertips might do when holding a decent-sized sandwich.

WowowowoWOWWOWWOW!!!



After the Physique routines had been (seemingly) whizzed through we did at least get the pleasure of a posedown - for the best part of a minute - before the only women who actually flex their muscles were whooshed off the stage. The Arnold Festival organisers quite obviously see the Fitness routines as the main attraction on the Friday night, and they were given quite the build up, "like nothing else you'll see on this stage tonight".



To be fair, they are spectacular. The costumes, the contortions, and the (made to look effortless) feats of strength always impress, but what strikes me most every time I do watch the Fitness routines is the element of risk in some of the tumbling and acrobatics that goes on. As billed, this is unique to this division. Lose your balance while attempting a Masino-style flex on one leg and a lady might look a bit clumsy. Get a backflip wrong and there is a real danger of serious injury to the head/neck/back.



You can hear the crowd gasp on those rare occasions when a competitor goes close to hospitalising themselves, but it is a testament to the level of performance these women achieve that such disasters almost never happen. It's the speed and the height of their jumps and somesaults that more often than not takes the audience's breath away.



And after the "big show", the awards. Again, you have to sit through the male classes (or not) by the time the 212 or whatever it's called were getting their awards I was having to pace around just to stay awake. Cyd didn't win Figure, which I was a bit disappointed about, and then the clear top two in the Physique class - Shanique Grant and the impossibly small-waisted one - were separated before (as we saw yesterday) Kate Errington ended the night on a high for us British fans.



Goodnight Shawn and Kai (I think Latorya had skulked off long before the final awards were given out, and who can blame her?), it's been a night of highs and lows, of (unintentional on your part) hilarity, and gasps and cheers from my end. As always seems to be the case with Olympia and Arnold live streams - it's not been nearly as amazing as the anticipation of watching it was, but in the end, I'm glad I came.
