Inspired by... Anonymoouse

It's always nice to know that someone is reading my musings, and even nicer when they actually bother to share their thoughts and/or reach out a mutually female muscle appreciating hand. So, this week on FMS, for some of the lovely readers who have been in touch (whether by email or the comment box), a whole post inspired by them as a way of saying thank you for supporting the blog.

I hope they, and you, will enjoy them.

First up, Anonymoouse, who probably wishes to remain so, so even if I knew anything about him(?) - which I don't - I wouldn't be telling. Anyway, one of his (many) comments this year, one that was especially memorable, related to a clip of Colette Nelson doing some cooking during Domestic Muscle Goddess week back in June.

I love watching big muscle girls doing normal stuff (like cooking for instance) instead of the usual poses (as great as they are, it can get a little stale and repetitive)!

And so, especially for Anonymoouse...

BIG MUSCLE GIRLS DOING NORMAL STUFF

Like shopping, for instance - I told Tina not to flex, 'Great as your biceps are,' I said, 'It can get a little stale,' but she insisted. Sorry chief, it won't happen again, I promise!

imagebam.com

Or waiting for your late ass...

imagebam.com

Normal stuff like having a snack while catching up on some emails, not forgetting to make sure everyone can see your trophy. Or your arms. The SIZE of her ARM!

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Normal stuff, the kind of stuff you do ALL THE TIME. Like feeding a giraffe.

More shopping, well, a possible purchase anyway. A girl like Christmas (how apt!) Abbott needs to know what she's putting in that beautiful body of hers, doesn't she?

imagebam.com

Rene smiling sweetly at you across the table. Like I said, normal stuff.

imagebam.com

Getting those fluids in.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

And more shopping. Do you think Brazilian bomb Larissa Reis really dresses like this when she goes shopping? I know I would LIKE to think she does...

Jay Fuchs (on the right) and Skadi Frei (on the back) arriving at the club.

imagebam.com

And having that morning espresso. Nude. Is it just me or does anyone else sincerely believe that sexy muscle women like Monica really do walk around in the nuddy whenever they are at home? I, for one, am absolutely CONVINCED it's true.

And finally, as Anonymoouse enjoyed Colette cooking so much back in June, I thought he(?) would like another cooking lesson. This time, a full fourteen plus minutes of the very very sexy Shawna Strong making some special wraps.

Enjoy! Another reader-inspired treat tomorrow...

Heels III: Heels and Swimwear

imagebam.com imagebam.com
imagebam.com imagebam.com

Muscle women look great in swimwear, their perfect bodies covered just enough to leave a little to the female muscle head imagination. Muscle women look great in heels; their thighs, calves and hamstrings brought out just that little bit more. So a muscle woman in a bikini or a revealing swimsuit AND heels is, in my opinion anyway, about as good as it gets. Today, a couple of images nominated by readers and a selection from the FMS archive to stimulate your imagination and brighten up your hump day.

No Surnames Necessary

Dayana, Katka and Betty. When I was going through a stage of irregularly indulging myself in webcam shows, Betty (at the time a top three Ms O finisher) and her perfect Latin legs managed to siphon off more than her fair share of my money into her bank account. And every penny she took I still reckon was well-spent.

Oh Canada!

Iris Swatuk and FMS fave Gillian Kovack. Iris says her favourite training day [has] Gotta be wheels. Leg day kicks your butt and reminds you of what hard work really is! And the results are not too shabby. Follow Iris (phytgrl) on Twitter. And see a little bit more of Gillian's mighty 'wheels' in an FTVideo clip here.

Blond vs Brunette

In the blond corner, the gorgeous Heather Lee. Where is she now? And fighting out of Newport Beach, California for the brunettes, Kira Ana Gbur and her exotic beauty.

Ines Jimenez, Krissy Chin, Mikaila Soto and Gal Ferreira aka Mrs Dorian Yates. It's been an interesting 2013 for Mikaila in particular. In April she finished 2nd at the Europa Show of Champions, but days later was in intensive care (read all about it on her website, Soto CPT Fitness). Amazingly, a couple of weeks ago she was back on stage at the Tampa Pro, and by the time this post goes out will have competed again at the Europa Supershow (assuming she didn't react to her contest prep for Tampa as it had done after the Show of Champions). Fingers crossed!

MMMC (and Heels!)
imagebam.com imagebam.com
Ruthie Lucchesi and Bonnie Pappas model the kind of maximum muscle in minimal clothing that FMS loves to see (a week was devoted to just this subject last November, see MMMC of the Day). Bonnie's leaves very little to the imagination and Ruthie's even less. Neither really deserves to be called swimwear. Heatwear might be a better way of putting it. Top top stuff.

Reader Faves

Thanks to the readers who sent in these suggestions for this post. From right to left, a seductively-lit Lisa Tose, fun from rear with Monica Martin, and an iconic image of Cindy Phillips. Cindy is now a proud mother, having given birth to twins in May. You can follow her and her babies on her Twitter, Canchick.

Any Which Way
imagebam.com imagebam.com
Put a female bodybuilder in a bikini and heels, and it's irrelevant whether she's taking a shaky snap of herself in her mirror at home, or whether she's all glammed-up and lit to perfection. Either way, and any way in between, she's more beautiful, more exciting, more woman than any other female you care to put up against her. And the killer is she's well-aware of it. Emery Miller and Karen Garrett deliver the knowing smiles on this occasion.

And finally...
imagebam.com imagebam.com
A couple of Swell's own favourites of this little mini-genre of female muscle. Firstly, Debbie Bramwell and her red metallic number, first appearing on Awefilms a good few years ago but never going out of style. And secondly, one of the greatest living Britons, Dame Lisa Cross, admiring her own work while we admire the rest of her.

Enjoy!

Heels I

If you have a need of a future topic, maybe quads and heels; a penchant of mine! wrote Aiden, FMS reader and, in June, our first guest editor (see Crossfit Week).

Let's face it, who doesn't have a penchant for muscular legs in heels? However lovely they may look in bare feet or flat shoes or trainers or any other kind of footwear for that matter, heels accentuate those big bad thighs and calves and hamstrings just that little bit more. In fact, an alternative title for this series of posts was (in the end, we decided, the far too long) 'In These Shoes My Legs Look Even Better'.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

And this isn't just my pet theory. According to one fitness website, Wearing high heels isn’t just a fashion statement. High heels change your posture, causing you to activate the muscles of your legs and pelvis. As a result, high heels don’t just make you look slimmer and taller; they can also help you tone the muscles of your legs and pelvic floor. So they really do make those legs look better!

The article goes on to extol the three main virtues of the high heel. Number one is benefit to the pelvic floor muscle. High-heeled shoes cause you to tuck your pelvis in in order to counteract the affects of the forward lean on your spine. This can help to strengthen your abdominal muscles as well as the muscles of the pelvic floor. These muscles can weaken with age, childbirth, weight gain and chronic coughing. Many women perform Kegel exercises to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, but wearing modest high heels on a regular basis has the same effect. You rarely see muscle women wearing what you'd call 'modest' high heels, but anyway...

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Virtue number two is improved circulation. Wearing high heels improves circulation in your legs, which can reduce swelling and the accumulation of fluids, especially in the ankles. Wearing high heels forces you to engage your leg muscles, which helps stimulate the veins in your legs to move more blood and fluids back up toward the heart. Who knew?!

imagebam.com imagebam.com

And virtue number three is improved posture, especially for those with a spine that lacks enough forward curve. High-heeled shoes can have a positive effect on posture for some. Some people experience low back pain due to a deformity of the lumbar spine, in which the spine doesn’t possess enough forward curve. If your lumbar spine lacks a natural forward curve, wearing modest high heels, of about one and a half inches in height, can help relieve muscle tension and pain in the lower back. There we go with the 'modest' again...

imagebam.com imagebam.com

FMS doesn't just base their research on one article that says what FMS wants it to say though. Well, not usually! We found plenty of articles (all written by women incidentally) that confirmed that high heels not only show off that lovely muscle, but can also actively build it. Heels actually help build strong calf muscles. The angle of the foot causes your calf to work harder (think of it like doing heel raises all day long, you are working the same muscles), read one example. They give shape to your calf muscles and elongate the look of legs to make you appear longer and leaner, said another.

imagebam.com imagebam.com imagebam.com

You probably didn't need convincing that high heels were 'good for' muscular legs, but it is something to bear in mind the next time you find yourself shoe shopping with your better half. Just don't expect her to look quite as good as Monica, Anne, Andrea et al once she's got them on. Although if she keeps wearing them, you never know...

Enjoy! More heels to come before the month is out...

Abs Queens

Reader Request:
KAREN ZAREMBA

imagebam.com imagebam.com

There's no longer-running female muscle blog from the UK than PumpItUp, and, if you've ever spent a bit of time there, you'll be well aware that PumpItUp knows a great set of abs when he sees one. So FMS is delighted to add one of our hero's personal favourites, as well as the favourite of several other readers, to our list of Abs Queens.

imagebam.com imagebam.com imagebam.com

Karen's name always seems to come up when a female muscle head starts a discussion along the lines of 'Who has the best abs ever?' despite her physique being more figure than bodybuilding. I guess there is just something so aesthetically pleasing about her eight-pack that even the most hardened fans of the 'big girls' have to admit, in the abs department at least, Karen was and will always be, one of the greats. I think my abs are my best body part, she once said. It's impossible to disagree.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Her motivation was the contest. I enjoy everything about training for a competition, she said. I set goals for myself and like the challenge of reaching those goals. I get a thrill out of seeing my body change as I get tighter and leaner with the strict diet. I can't wait to get on stage to show off all my hard work. Hard work that got her a pro card at the 2005 NPC Nationals and which, allied to her good looks, made her, for a while, one of the most sought-after models by female muscle websites. And while she pursued her career as an 'international fitness model' Karen was, like Melinda McNabb, the first of our Abs Queens this week, a mother.

And if Karen was one of your favourites too, you'll probably find a lot more of what you like over at PumpItUp, but in the meantime, here's a little clip of this yummy muscle mummy's magnificent abs at their contest-ready best.

Reader Request:
YAXENI ORIQUEN

imagebam.com

El Mariachi, another female muscle blogger, and long-time FMS supporter, votes, unsurprisingly, for the woman he pays tribute to more than any other. Although there are many FBBs with abs which are really deep cut, to me, the most perfect and orgasmic abs I've ever ADMIRED still belong to Yax!!! Her abs just make my mouth water, he says. And much more besides no doubt.

imagebam.com imagebam.com imagebam.com

We say that you have to hand it to a woman who has been at the top of her sport for so long, competing at the highest level for over fifteen years, and in the the last ten of those consistently finishing in the top three at both the Ms International and Ms Olympia, winning the former five times, and the latter once, in 2005.

imagebam.com

And El Mariachi's devotion to 'Yax' has been no less consistent than her contest results. She can probably be sure of two things in this world - she'll finish behind Iris Kyle, and El Mariachi will remain devoted to her. Whether it's via his blog Erotic Female Muscles, or his youtube channel, other women (make him) cum and go, but Yaxeni has always been, and probably will always be, his number one. Yaxeni is ABSolutely spermalicious!!! he says. Take a closer look at her midsection. Each abdominal muscle is so full and so delineated. Love that deep valley cutting through the very lowest part of her abdominal wall. You could lose your car keys in those ab cuts. I would LOVE to play with the ridges of her deeply tanned abs, and run my hands all over to feel their hardness.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

So, careful with your car keys, and enjoy El Mariachi's personally edited tribute to Yaxeni's mighty abs, made after the Ms International this year. He describes it as a 30-second orgasm with nothing but our spermalicious Venezuela breed muscle cum queen and her abs in close-up.

Enjoy!
