We last saw 41-year-old (that's right, 41) Anastasia sizzle back in February wearing nothing but tape. Well, much as we would like to make every Sunday sizzle with a different, er, sizzling muscle goddess, we just couldn't resist revisiting when we dropped by Anastasia's VK page and found her wearing nothing but a toe ring.
This week's sizzle comes from 41-year-old Russian Anastasia Motorina.
That's right. 41.
Unsurprisingly, she's got some social media and fan forum attention recently, and this has led to some mainstream media exposure back in her hometown of Murmansk.
After Hemuvisa's first (we hope of many) edits from the Expo yesterday, today we continue the 2016 Arnold Classic Europe theme with the triumph of Russia's Physique "sadistka", Valentina Mishina (see FMS passim), who won not only her class, but also the Overall title in Barcelona (not Madrid this year) a couple of weeks ago.

Followers of her Instagram (or vk page) would have been forewarned that Valentina would be arriving in Spain in truly jaw-dropping condition, and given the competition - your 2016 Hot and Hard 100 #1 Cris Goy Arellano in the (tall) class, and in the Overall posedown Brazilian Priscila Cavilha, who finished top 3 in the Arnold Amateur in Ohio this year - top shape was what was required for the win.

In the event she beat Arellano (who seems to have had a bit of work done on her nose) decisively to win the class, but took the Overall title from Cavilha by just a single point.
When we first met Valentina on FMS back in January, we noted that she was gaining a significant and devoted following on the fan forums. Since then, that following has continued to grow, and this victory - and the resulting chatter - is bound to gain her even more devotees while taking the fans she had already to new levels of devotion.
Many of her fans make a point of noting she is unenhanced, particularly in the pec department, and that she is a "rare girl" for being tattoo-less. But mainly they just praise her beauty and her physique. She is a dream, wrote one of those fans in the build up to Barcelona. Hard, curvy, beautiful striated muscle from head to toe.
Valentina, meanwhile, seems to have got even more devoted to building that muscle, and the results (both physical and contest) speak for themselves. A former champion powerlifter, she has transformed herself in three years into (arguably) the top amateur Physique competitor in Europe, perhaps her next victory will be at the Worlds.
After Laura Carolan, and with apologies to the women of the smaller divisions - you know I loves ya and all - but after Laura, we couldn't just go back to normal overnight.
As a result, it's going to be big girls all week.
Size Matters was originally the collective title of a week of posts I did back in 2012. And very successful posts they were too. And by success I mean both popularity with readers and my own personal feelings. From that week A Fantasy Contest, to give one example, got more responses than any post that had gone before, and remained our most responded to post until you lovely readers started answering the call for Hot and Hard 100 votes. For another, Super Freaks is still one of my own personal favourite posts on the blog, one of the pieces of writing I am proudest of.
Time - not to mention the fact that I said pretty much all I wanted to say about size that week - prevents me from even attempting to scale the same heights again. But I can promise a lot of prime female muscle meat, because for one more week on FMS, bigger is better. This week, once again, Size Matters.
And at the risk of going too big too early in the week, we begin with the "inhuman", the "superhuman", the "freak of nature" that was your Hot and Hard 100 highest new entry at #12, the Super Freak herself, Natalia Trukhina.

Not steroids, it seems, but Grow Food!
We'll borrow a food analogy for today's recent Natalia selections, seems apt somehow. So, like they do on Masterchef ("I've made carrots three ways, Greg"), we're going to see Natalia three ways today. And #1 is on webcam, in fact the webcam show (or at least the bit that could be posted on YouTube) that the "eating steroids for breakfast" comment was referring to.
That dress barely fits her like a shirt, notes our breakfast juice Tumblr poster. Her sheer girth certainly does make it scream for mercy. "Amazing FBB Webcam" indeed!
Way #2 is Natalia on stage. Not, sadly , competing - there were stories she would compete at the NAC Worlds, but this doesn't appear to have happened as far as I know. Instead, it's a guest posing slot, in Israel at their NAC national championships. It's not the most dynamic routine I've ever seen (watch some of it here), but I guess when you're Natalia, you really don't need to do much to make a big impression.

Which kind of brings us to way #3. Natalia in comparison - also from her recent Israeli sojourn - because, as one forum posting fan points out, One cannot comprehend how big she is until one sees comparisons.
Quite frankly, I am still having trouble comprehending. And breathing.
Wonder if that "dress" is still in one piece. Wonder if it made it to the end of that camshow. Surely if she keeps wolfing down that "Grow Food" then it is doomed...
Readers may remember that a few years ago we discovered that today, February 10th, is the feast day of Saint Valentina. The name 'Valentina', we were delighted to learn, means "strong, vigorous and healthy", and we celebrated then by 'canonising' the first saint of the Order of the Female Muscle Lovin' Brethren, our own St Valentina of Kharkiv, Valentina Chepiga, and declaring 10th February the day when we celebrate "strong, vigorous and healthy" women everywhere.
Then, exactly twelve months later another Valentina, who we dubbed St. Valentina the Amateur, and coincidentally another Ukrainian, the mighty Valentina Yefymchuk, helped us celebrate the feast of St. Valentina once again.
Well, if I keep finding Valentinas, I see no reason to stop...
And remember, there's no dogma in the Order of the Female Muscle Lovin' Brethren.
Pay tribute to any or all of our St. Valentinas, or to any one or more of the "strong, vigorous and healthy" women in your (real or fantasy) life.

Don't ask me what is going on in today's selections from Chinese TV, I have a feeling that even if I understood what they're saying I still wouldn't be any the wiser.
Seemingly more hosts than guests, wacky sound effects, even wackier animations, and production values that would put Eurovision to shame. Oh, and Julia Vins.
And also from Chinese TV, Korean muscle beauty Yeon Woo-ji. Again, exactly what is going on here is beyond me. But it is definitely a lot of fun trying to work it out!
The star of one of the sexiest (and unusual) new clips from 2015, our muscle funkatrix is our final enhanced Russian of the week, Ekaterina "Katyukha" Kuznetsova.
And dancing is not the only thing she likes to get up to in the locker room.
That fake coyness doesn't fool me. Katyukha is quite the muscle exhibitionist.
I'm a particular fan of her "pecs free" choice of gymwear, not to mention the proud and dominant posing she has a penchant for while she'd wearing it. Quite a sight, ain't she?
We've met Katyukha before on FMS. Briefly, but oh so very memorably naked and sweaty in a sauna not long before Christmas. She'd been on our radar for much of 2015, and the more we saw of her, the more we wanted to see. It's lucky for us then that she enjoys showing herself off so much, as even the briefest visit to her VK page will confirm. As one fans points out, She's got more pics out there that I can count.
And these chart her whole lifting career, allowing us to appreciate just how far she has come, how much muscle she has added, how much more swoonworthy she's become.
We discovered during our research, Katyukha has the same name (and is almost the same age) as a (famous?) Ukrainian TV and film actress, much more typical in her Eastern European looks, and that makes for another quite interesting comparison...
Spot the alpha female!
Dredded is her latest look, and she has also taken to being a lot more made-up than she was before. She has also been voicing her appreciation for Figure competitors (nothing wrong with that, especially when the Figure competitor is Tina Nguyen) and I may be wrong but she seems to have lost a bit of upper body size, but before you "Go Big or Go Home" types cancel your Katyukha VK follow, lately she's also been saying how much she'd like to show off her bod in a Brazilian carneval queen costume.
Might be worth sticking around in case someone actually buys her one. If I was her hubski - yes, she's married - I know what Katyukha would have been opening on Christmas Day (or Russian equivalent). Hope he's not the kind who wouldn't want his wife making those carneval costume pics widely available for us fans to enjoy.
Evidence so far suggests he isn't.
Although evidence also suggests that Katyukha's hardly the type of жена whose husband's opinion decides what it is she does or doesn't do. And long may she continue to exhibit that beautiful body of hers just exactly as much as she wants to.
