Our irregularly regular feature rounding up some of the best new(ish) clips of fine female muscle on You Tube returns for the first time since the end of May.
(I'M STILL) HEAD OVER HEELS FOR JESSICA
I've got such a crush on her.
Dan Ray must have been really really good in a previous life...
For Your Consideration
NPC News Online, specifically Ray and his probing camera, was backstage at the Jr. Nationals. The Physique ladies' edit is definitely worth a look, if only for the marvellous footage of the entire "C" class (Destinee Bruch, Paige Sandgren, Emily Reed, and Kristina Vanderwaal Shober) all doing press-ups in a semi-circle - fast forward to 3.40 if you can't wait. Glammed, tanned and pumping up Figure phenoms from the same show come in two parts - here and here, and you might also want to check out their NPC Universe backstage edits - Physique here, and Figure here and here.
BODYBUILDING BABES & WILD FBB
"Instagram clips pasted together" is a very current and very popular formula for female muscle channels. I believe Bodybuilding Babes was one of the originators of the style, and though I'm rarely a fan of the choice of music, you have to doff your cap when over three and a half years and 32,000+ subscribers later, it is still going strong, pumping out an average of two clips per week every week. They either focus on a particular woman (eg. Strong Cosplay Girl Renee Enos) or come as compilations with names like Best of Strong Girls in Sleeves or Best of Girls with Abs Part 4. Here's a taste:
Based in India, Wild FBB is an altogether newer concern, promises "strong females, muscular females and daring females". These apparently include muscle women of all shapes and sizes, some very current, some a little off-radar these days. Currently Wild FBB is posting their edits at the dizzy rate of 30 or more per week! They're not all winners, but almost 8 minutes of Maria Rita Penteado is not to be sniffed at, and though considerably shorter, this Laura Pintado edit is just as unforgettable.
This though, is the jewel in their crown so far - The Queen around the time of her win in Toronto. "OMG" may be overused these days, but it's entirely appropriate here...
RIPPED AND VASCULAR BEAUTIES
Another new(er) channel that brings both current Instagram swoons and treasures from the archive to the same place is the "admiring muscular ladies" channel Ripped and Vascular Beauties. In the former category, you could do worse than join them in admiring Figure phenom Michele Da Silva, while fans of the so-called "old school" will be more partial to, for example, 12+ minutes of WPW Charla Sedacca footage.
Personally, I don't think Ripped and Vascular Beauties hits the spot quite as often as Bodybuilding Babes or Wild FBB do, but when they do nail it, they really nail it.
I recently came across barenaked cam footage of the ripped and vascular Heidi Worrell-Osborne in one of the murkier parts of the internet, but quite honestly, I think I actually prefer this shameless display of rock hard vascular eroticism...
But even Heidi can't match 16+ minutes of Angelica.
Get comfy...
Enjoy!

She's So Shredded: Angel of the North
The last time we saw Angelica Enberg on FMS she had powered her way back into the Hot and Hard 100 "back into our collective consciousness and now occupying a considerably bigger space there than she ever did previously" on the back of some "massive muscular development in recent times". Around that time she treated her fans to pics of her wearing and shopping for the sort of outfits that don't just beg for attention, they guarantee it (and a loose group of Madness-stricken less-than-surreptitious female muscle head stalkers) if worn in public - eg. in a shopping mall.
And then things got even more interesting...
Angie started to get ripped. And not just a little bit ripped, either.
On the one hand, she (quite understandably) found the process something of a struggle. Staying strong mentally or physically with this percentage of body fat is definitely not a piece of cake, she wrote (perhaps intending to be funny?) one day. This is pretty horrible, she said on another. You can't live like this. On the other hand though, as what she called "the daily freakshow" progressed, she didn't seem able to stop looking at, photographing, and sharing herself. And (maybe just my imagination) but her smile seemed to get bigger and bigger with each passing freakshow day.
Pulsing veins everywhere, including her forehead. Her pecs bulging and rippling, and striations all over her gorgeous shoulders - many of them with their own striations. Her eyes - whether locked in awe on a flexing bicep or gazing straight back at the viewer - had most certainly got their sparkle back as she entered the final week of her preparations. The pain was so worth it. I'm so empty, she confessed. It's lucky it only takes a moment to get a good picture of the hardness, because that's all I've got the energy for right now. But I'm so terribly happy with my shape, I could never have imagined in my wildest imagination that I would ever come in in this form ever.
The show she was coming in for was the IFBB Sweden Grand Prix - an "Elite Pro qualifier". Everything feels great! she told her fans the day before. And the following day, glammed, tanned and finally ready to take the stage, Angie looked great too.
Ultimately though, and despite a scintillating back double biceps, and a routine that had Dani Reardon's influence all over it (plus a cheeky wardrobe malfunction!), she was outmuscled by women with many more years of bodybuilding behind them. Standing with her little trophy, she looked rather crestfallen to have placed 4th.
Heartbreaking stuff, but she wasn't pouting for long. It was super cool to share the stage with all the amazing athletes but I had hoped for a higher ranking than 4th, she admitted. The top 3 were simply harder and more muscular. I have practically devoted the last 7 years of my life to strength training - a lot, but Physique is an incredibly difficult discipline to compete in and it takes time. I'm 25 years old, so what the hell... I'll keep working hard and giving my all. I have time!
And it's not like she's starting from scratch. She's already built an amazing physique for her (or any) age, and her dazzling natural beauty won't hurt her career either. She does indeed have time, and I'm sure you have time to follow her - Angie on Instagram.
Enjoy!

Pic of the Month: April
Something new to FMS today.
A chance to vote (don't worry, there's no lists of 100 women or anything!) for this month's Pic of the Month from a lovingly selected shortlist of five images.
Check them out then follow the link at the bottom to vote with a single click.
PAIGE SANDGREN: TO BE EXPLORED
Some rather racy, arty new shots of Paige on the forums recently, but we couldn't resist this good old-fashioned topless back selfie. So much to see, so much to explore...
MICHAELA AYCOCK: DRESSED UP VEINS
For the first time, Michaela has been doing a bit of glamorous schmotography work as well, and very exciting the results of that work have been. She doesn't really need any fancy lighting to bring out her freaky vascularity though. Not the tightest of dresses, and that's a good thing - if it were any tighter we'd probably spontaneously combust.
YEON WOO JHI: CELEBRITY MUSCLE
Not so much a nominee because of Yeon's physique (although those shoulders are fantastic) but more because of the sheer excitement on some of those fans' faces. This is exactly how it should be for all muscle goddesses. Adored. Idolised. Always.
ANGELICA ENBERG: DISGUSTINGLY PEELED
She's spent the best part of two years building herself up, and now it's time to reveal the results. And the results are (s)pectacular, but it's the facial expression (if you can drag your gaze up there for just a moment) that says it all: "Look what I have done to myself. I am muscle and skin and I feel AMAZING! OMG I am such a freak and I LOVE it!"
VALENTINA MISHINA: MEAT FEAST

As she's currently posting at the rate of one Hall of Famer per day, there was no doubt Valentina had to feature in our poll, but it wasn't easy to choose which pic should make the shortlist. We listened to our loins and our loins said this glute, ham and calf treat.
OK? Made your choice?
Great!
Voting is simple, CLICK HERE then select your favourite image and click vote.
We'll post the winner next month when we invite you to vote for May's best.
Enjoy! And thanks for voting.

Svensk Muskel: Angelica Enberg
I remember where I started. I did not look like this then.
Angelica Enberg is a figure competitor with lofty ambitions. She finished 5th in her class at this year's Swedish Nationals, a class she describes as containing women of "brutal quality". Her contest prep is more fraught than most because she is a type-1 diabetic and so has to constantly monitor her blood sugar levels. She likes a selfie more than most, and it is her penchant for revealing more than most in those selfies that has brought her to the attention of the female muscle lovin' brethren. She's just 22, and as cute as a button. And she's the last of our svenska muskel kvinnor this week.
ANGELICA: IN HER OWN WORDS
I've done so many team and individual sports since the age of 9. They've always been a lot of fun and I've always been good at them. I last gave up football two years ago and subsequently bought my first gym membership, and there I began to slowly but surely build up an extreme interest. Extreme is the word!
Training is, and has been my life since I was 9, my life. It allowed me to survive my tough childhood. From being so depressed and destroyed at such a young age, through training I've built myself up into a strong person.
After finishing 5th at the Swedish National Championships: It was a 5th place for me! I'm satisfied. It is, after all, the Swedish National Championships!
On Dani Reardon, posted to Angelica's Instagram: My #WCW! [Woman Crush Wednesday] I've been following you for a very long time and I admire your hard work. One day I will have your results. I'm chasing you!

I will tell you something... I like the attention. I do! And I'm not shy about admitting it. I think almost everyone, no matter how you market yourself, it feels good to show off what you have achieved. People feel good to be praised for what they do... You would never want to spend 15 hours a week at the gym, if you couldn't show off what you have accomplished. I want to be able to showcase my hard work.

Sometimes people ask me, "How long time will you do this for?" and I just stand there, shake my head and say, "It is a lifetime journey."

New goals are set. I'm definitely going to come back bigger, stronger. It takes a LOT of time to do everything clean. But it's not impossible, and I'm gonna show you that. Time to improve.
