And so, to end our week of show offs, perhaps the greatest tease of them all.
These days with Cindy it's a lot more about the t&a than it is about the muscle, and it's pretty much been that way since she unveiled her enhanced look a few years ago.
Few women show so much so often but Cindy never shows it all.
It's the hook that keeps us coming back for more. How exactly is she going to expose herself without actually exposing herself this time? we wonder, imaginations running wild. How could the next photo shoot possibly be any hotter than the last?
Most recently though, there was a kind of new land(olt) mark in this ongoing saga.
I confess I did have to look at the pic long and hard before I could truly believe what Cindy was giving me the privilege of seeing for the first time after all these years...
There they are. Zoom in - the pic can take it - and enjoy.
For what must be about five years, uber-sexibitionist (and some time IFBB pro competitor) Angela Salvagno has struggled with digestive issues. They left her "feeling bloated and sick" every time she ate carbs, which is obviously far from ideal for a Bodybuilder. While it didn't stop her continuing to make her (rightly legendary) pay-per-view output, the thought of ever competing again or even returning to her (thrilling) more ripped look was, by her own admission, an impossible dream.
She tried all number of remedies. Raw fish every day was one I recall, nothing but "bone broth" for 10 days another. Neither of those or any of the diets she was advised to go on worked, at least until she found Florida Alternative Medicine. You don’t realize how lucky you are to be able to eat certain foods like veggies, rice, or any kind of carbs for that matter until it’s taken away from you, she wrote. That's when you realize eating those simple kinds of carbs was actually pretty damn amazing, and wish you could have that chance again. Florida Alternative Medicine changed my life. I've got that chance again, and I'm savouring every little bite.
If only for all the pleasure Angie has given me over the years, I was happy to hear she was healthy and enjoying eating again. But the effect of this new diet on her body has been nothing short of spectacular. And she loves it almost as much as I do.
It's nice to finally see my abs ripped like I use to be able to, she announced recently. Them and my obliques as well! Veins too are popping out at unexpected times for unexpected reasons. It is, as she tells it, something like a miracle. Damn! she writes. Never thought a salad would give me veins in my abs but hey I’ll take it!
Of course, Angie's social media is only ever a window onto what you can get for your dollars elsewhere, only ever the prelude to what you have to pay for, but it's also where she communicates most effectively with her wider fanbase, and the news is she's feeling so good she's going to compete at the Tampa Pro at the start of August...
This will be Angie's first contest since 2015 I believe, but the really exciting news is that unlike then, she won't be competing in Physique. Instead, and for the first time since she came 6th in Tampa in 2011, she'll be returning to Bodybuilding!

As we saw the last time we featured the beautiful Kristy Enos on FMS, her social media heat goes all the way up to 11 when she's preparing for a competition. So her IG has been essential viewing in the last few weeks as she treated us to all sorts of up-close-and-personal shots of her ever more shredded IFBB Physique pro body.
The contest she was prepping for was the San Jose Pro last weekend, and for my money she has never looked better. Ultimately her placing (in a very high quality line-up) probably didn't reflect that, but the sight of the thin skin over her vascular (and in motion) abs 10 days out is one of my personal female muscle highlights of 2018 so far.

And a few days before, she had wondered aloud (in a social media kind of way) why she gets so many "dick pics" sent to her. From guys, she thinks, "who don't know the difference between progress pics and tryin' to be a ho on IG for attention".
Then, 2 days' out...
Not trying to show off her boobs, I would guess, but they're a bit difficult to cover!
A "progress" clip for sure! I bet it got her a few more unwanted pics of dicks though.
Joking aside, what Kristy is missing here I think is that her motivation for posting her beautiful barenaked bod is irrelevant (to them). This is about the feelings, the urges that they trigger in the dick pic sending community. I wouldn't for a minute condone sending pics of your dick to any woman (or man for that matter) who hasn't expressly asked for one, but at the same time I do (kind of) understand what drives them to it in Kristy's case. First (and second and third etc.) time I watched the clips above - I'm almost ashamed to say it now - but my hands were far from being above the table.
So, if you ever want a pic Kristy, just let me know.

All very familiar if you were with us for Phyllis Huang yesterday. A muscular amateur competitor over the age of 40 with a mostly off relationship with clothing is adored by her (mainly male) following on social media. And superficially, yes, the life of Northern Ireland's Julie Pereira has many parallels with Phyllis Huang's.
Fit and over 40 never felt so good, Julie tells her adoring horde. She invites them to "follow the map on the Vein Gain Train", she "complains" she'll have to spend the entire off-season "au naturel" because none of her clothes fit her now she's got so thick, including a pair of fishnet tights that "won't even pass my bulging hamstrings".
Talk about fish(nett)ing for compliments!
There are, however, key differences between her and Phyllis, the first of which is that Julie (in British amateur terms anyway) is a serious and successful competitor. Among her achievements are top places at NABBA shows both at regional shows in her native Northern Ireland and on a national level. She's competed at NABBA and WFF World Championships, and last year became the Overall PCA British Trained Figure champion. Do I love the stage? she asks, somewhat unnecessarily. Hell YES!!!
The other key difference between Phyllis and Julie is best expressed numerically - Phyllis has 18,500 Instagram followers (give or take), Julie has 108,000!
To put this in perspective, Brittany Rhodes - a NABBA Toned Figure queen and a woman whose looks and attitude often see her quoted in the mainstream media like she's the spokeswoman for British female muscle or something, has just over 17,000 IG followers. Louise Rogers, who's been at this a bit longer than Julie (who's trained for competition for just four years till now) has about half as many followers as Julie does. Rosie Harte? 25K. Donna Murphy, UKBFF British Physique champ and the face and body that launched a thousand FitVids purchases? 36K. Carly Thornton gets a bit closer at 60,000, but Julie has 50 followers for every one following NABBA British champ Jayne Tingle. Even Lisa Cross, surely a match for any woman in the "attract a crazy loyal following" stakes, has around 40,000 followers on each of her Instagram accounts. Whatever "it" is that attracts us female muscle heads to certain women in very large numbers, Julie Pereira apparently has quite a lot of it.
Such popularity has allowed Julie to "monetise" her social media via the "Only Fans" route - see also Suzy Kellner for example. What's on her free-to-air social media is just the beginning of her sexibitionism, she promises. I'm sure many of her tens of thousands of fans are currently finding out if that's true. I strongly suspect that it is.

Phyllis Huang aka chinesegoddess777 has never been shy about showing her beautiful body off, but recently she really has upped her tease game. Since the beginning of this year she has treated us to more and more nudes - tasteful enough to get by the Instagram police, but nudes nonetheless. And as you can probably tell from the (tiny) selection of (the many many) comments, her fanbase approve.
Phyllis - I would imagine - won't stop giving us what we want. A woman in her 40s, pretty much a nobody in terms of competitive achievement, and she is adored by (tens of) thousands. She poses and posts and the compliments and the offers (marriage, tongue, "moustache chair"(!) etc.) come flying in. Must be great for her confidence.
Unlike many of the women who us male fans flock to on social media, Phyllis doesn't - as far as my cursory survey of her Instagram suggests anyway - have a lot of "fitspired" female fans. Some, yes, but the vast majority follow her for a very different kind of inspiration. Some of those other women are not especially keen on their male fans' comments. For Phyllis, however, it seems to be all about inspiring the boys.
Who wants to join me? she asks.

While none of the women (one Russian, one Latvian, one Ukrainian) featured today are quite in the class of (yesterday's featured woman) Nahla Monroe, they all have a penchant for exposing more than usual when at their contest ready most ripped.
I don't have anything to go on except my own intuition, but I imagine that urge to expose is not uncommon among competitive female bodybuilders as they near or reach their "peak" physique, and quite right too. They may be as prone as any other woman (or, in these more body-conscious times, man) to self-doubt and dissatisfaction with their bodies at other times, but when the time comes to peel away the body fat and reveal their muscles, they don't just look - they also feel - beautiful.

Powerlifting, kickboxing, Bodybuilding... If it involves strength, Latvian Alina probably does it. She also runs Healthy Girls, a collective that that puts on events and promotes the benefits of strength training for women and girls in her native Riga.

IRYNA KOZLOVA
An IFBB and WBPF competitor, Iryna has won World and European titles in Bodybuilding, Physique, and Figure (or equivalent classes) over a period of some years (and if that sounds a bit vague it's because it is - I haven't, sadly, been able to find much detail about her contest history). What I can say is that she's been at it for over five years, and there are lots of pics of her, with and without heels, arms raised in victory at unspecified contests, and clips of her on WBPF TV that are - in my opinion - essential viewing. Here she is in glorious HD in 2016 at the WBPF Worlds, for example.
She wasn't always such a bold social media poster, but - pleasingly - the more time passes, the more she refines her body, the more of it she seems to want to show off.
Maria Tarasova, former NABBA World champion, probably exemplifies my little get-ripped-get-clothes-off theory better than any of the other women featured today, perhaps better than most women full stop. By off-season she is the angel-faced Maria, the girl-next-door at the gym; but by contest time she is a bona fide ripped freak.
She could do with cleaning her mirror.

Maria has a private IG but isn't (in my experience) too picky about who she lets in. Plenty of her on GwM if she does decline though, and you can also watch her doing her thing at the NABBA Universe here, and the NABBA Worlds here - both from 2015.
A week of women who would clearly rather spend their entire lives naked begins with Nahla Monroe, an "Alpha Mom" of three children with over 130,000 IG followers.
Somehow, despite her almost religious dedication to showing herself off in her entirety, the IG censor police have not come and shut her down - and that is perhaps because, as well as being rather gorgeous, she's also a bit scary...
Before people complain about me, it's best to take a deep breath, put it in perspective, then decide precisely why it is I'm offending you. If it’s because I slay these bitches like seven days a week and I'm the real MVP... Well, then I agree.
Tricks of her trade include those silly sticker things to cover nipples etc. (not a fan of those), being really adept at the hand bra and the hair bra (very much a fan of those), and being at just the right angle so the camera doesn't quite get the naughtiest bits in (or perhaps that is smoothed out in the editing process, I'm no expert).
I create my own objectives and I want a specific physique, a physique unlike the "typical" body, she says. I love seeing my body evolve because of my dedication, hard work and discipline. My body displays how dedicated I am to my image.
I wake up and show everyone the outfit I work so incredibly hard for!

Maximum Muscle on YouTube have (so far) put together four edits of Nahla strutting her considerable stuff (gym, beach, bathroom etc.) for your viewing pleasure, or perhaps it's all in the name of "fitpiration"...
