Not the biggest woman we'll ever feature here by far, and nor is she among the best-conditioned. But she's definitely one of the more exhibitionist.

No, this is not me coming out on the side of the "enhanced" in the eternal chest debate, but rather the title of, in my opinion at least, one of the very few female muscle focused blogs on Tumblr actually worth following. I love women with implants, I love women with muscles, explains its author. I love women with implants and muscles.


Christi [Wolf], the first real bimbo-FBB. Glammed up, big hair, drag queen make-up, stripper heels and slutty clothes, but then big hard muscles and big fake tits. That WPW spread from 84,365,423 years ago — game changer.

Your average FBB fan Tumblr is hardly worth the storage space it takes up. Same old photos, reblogged over and over with the same old comments, if indeed there is any comment at all. I may not like everything Implants and Muscles posts, and I may not agree with everything he says, but at least he says it in a unique, original voice. He's thought-provoking, he's entertaining. At least he says something different.


So much ass muscle. Clydesdale of a woman.

I appreciate and admire his (more often than not brutal) honesty. I appreciate and respect his knowledge of Female Bodybuilders past and present. And I appreciate his humour - he's the only female muscle blogger who's made me actually laugh out loud. But above all, (and, despite the title, this is not exclusively reserved for the enhanced muscular woman) I recognise his burning, uncontrollable passion for female muscle.


If you were mine and I was around you all the time, I’d permanently be hard. I could never not be hard when you’re around. You could test it whenever you wanted. We could be out walking around and all you’d have to do is rub your hand down there and I guarantee you’d feel a lead pipe in there with your name on it. Is that what you want? Mrs Swell's Easter Surprise: If You're Happy And You Know It (Flaunt That Shit)

She isn't lacking in the motivation department or anything, but I'm constantly (well, perhaps not "constantly", but regularly) looking for women who may inspire Mrs Swell. And by "inspire", I mean inspire. Not intimidate. Ashley Losee may seem like the kind of inspirational woman who all women should be made aware of, but she's a risky strategy. Turns out she is Arianna, a Sports Performance Coach, Personal Trainer and Level 1 Crossfit Trainer from Ireland. And that magnificent, sexy attitude, well it's all there on her Tumblr, and Instagram. And she's got more than a few admirers.

And there are many she admires. But more importantly, there's a lot of actual, properly helpful and down-to-earth advice that she gives, quite freely it seems. A truly inspirational woman. And I suspect, that while you (and I) are looking at her, our poor female muscle lovin' minds brainwashed with our daily overloads of perfect muscular female physiques, that Arianna may not appear too muscular on your (and my) computer screen, but if we walked into her gym we would be surprised how big she actually is compared to all the other women there - and probably ourselves too!


Sun's not out, guns out anyway.

She's not "perfect", but she doesn't care. It's her happiness with herself, and with her body, that I think, and more importantly what she feels, makes her so sexy.

Writing as entertaining and thought-provoking as this is, in my experience anyway, like gold dust in the world of female bodybuilding. I think the IFBB should be a little concerned. I know it’s not my imagination, but do they realize that many of their Pro Female Physique competitors are looking rather "muscular"? (Case in point Dani Reardon. Although i LOVE LOVE her body... i just think it’s rather muscular for WP)

From the outside looking in anyone can see that the IFBB’s intention is to oust Female Bodybuilding and they haven’t been quiet about it either. So i find it funny that some of these women who are becoming pros in Women’s Physique look like they could pass for Lightweight and even Heavyweight Female Bodybuilders. Now i’m confused. I thought they were trying to appeal to the masses and make the female bodybuilding physique more "feminine" and more acceptable. So then why are some of the more muscular and lean physique competitors at the top? Some of these competitors even get more lean than some FBBS that i know.

Honestly... i don’t give a fuck. I just think it’s hilarious. I like that their plan is failing and I’m almost positive in a few years, Women’s Physique will look like Women’s Bodybuilding. It’s hard to avoid. In a sport such as bodybuilding the idea is to have the best physique for your division. And every year your personal goal is to get better and better. Well in Bikini and Figure their physique is not judged off muscularity, but in WP (although it holds less weight than in fbb) they are judged on some form of muscularity. It seems obvious to me that for WP as women try to attain better physiques it’s almost impossible to not gain muscle. They will get more muscular over time…and regardless i still will never compete in WP. I like big..and more..and I want big and more muscle NOW... i’m not waiting for WP to grow to the point where they will become FBB. I don’t have the patience.

And i like the idea of having the title of “Bodybuilder” not “Women’s Physique Competitor” something about it sounds more extreme and hardcore :)
