Abs Week

A week of posts devoted to my favourite muscles. Yays!



Anja Langer's perfect abs were, I think, the first to awaken my abs fetish.


And as the Olympic countdown continues in London, my favourite GB Olympian, Denise Lewis. When she was competing, we got seven events worth of Denise's awesome six-pack. Her days of competition may be over, but she can still carry my Olympic torch any day!!!

The tube videos page was getting a bit unwieldy so I've cut down the number of clips there. I've also done an update with two new clips of one of my favourite ever female bodybuilders, the very sexy Denise Hoshor, to go along with the onstage clip of this goddess that was already there.

ps. When a guy like me talks about one his favourite ever bodybuilders, what he really means is he has spent a lot of time spanking his monkey to images and videos of this woman!!!

Gymnastic Fantastic

I've been lucky enough to hook up with a couple of former gymnasts in my life, and I can highly recommend it. One of them had actually been national champion in her age group when she was younger, and her strength and flexibility made for incredible freaky sex. Ah, the memories!

Alina Popa



Alina is a rare breed. As beautiful as she is muscular, as popular with fans as she is successful in competition, a European bodybuilder making a splash across the pond in the USA.
