BodyMiaStella is the YouTube channel of a personal trainer from Rimini, in Italy, who seems to want to show you her muscular body. Why not pay her a visit?

Kashma in a club
And best of all today, FMS favourite and one of this blog's 2011 Women of the Year, Kashma Maharaj has her muscles felt up by a smitten clubber in Miami. This clip was on YouTube recently, but was soon taken down, so if you missed it, here it is re-upped on Daily Motion. Hurry though, I can't see it lasting long there either.
