The Sexhibitionists: Phyllis Huang

imagebam.com

Wish I could use my tongue to show my admiration of your beauty...

Hot pose. Gorgeous veiny guns and boobs. Wanna kiss you all over. YUM!

Marry me my goddess! I WANT YOU!!!

imagebam.com

Awesome, strong and sexy. I'd love a photo of you from the front with nothing on!

Wish you could actually show everything. You are a work of art.

Sexiest woman on the planet. I am speechless.

Phyllis Huang aka chinesegoddess777 has never been shy about showing her beautiful body off, but recently she really has upped her tease game. Since the beginning of this year she has treated us to more and more nudes - tasteful enough to get by the Instagram police, but nudes nonetheless. And as you can probably tell from the (tiny) selection of (the many many) comments, her fanbase approve.

imagebam.com

Phyllis - I would imagine - won't stop giving us what we want. A woman in her 40s, pretty much a nobody in terms of competitive achievement, and she is adored by (tens of) thousands. She poses and posts and the compliments and the offers (marriage, tongue, "moustache chair"(!) etc.) come flying in. Must be great for her confidence.

imagebam.com

Unlike many of the women who us male fans flock to on social media, Phyllis doesn't - as far as my cursory survey of her Instagram suggests anyway - have a lot of "fitspired" female fans. Some, yes, but the vast majority follow her for a very different kind of inspiration. Some of those other women are not especially keen on their male fans' comments. For Phyllis, however, it seems to be all about inspiring the boys.

Who wants to join me? she asks.

2,791 of us (at the time of writing). And counting.

Enjoy!

Gone But Not Forgotten: The Street Fighter

Over the years in this forum and others, I thought he was a unique presence. Someone who had an interesting perspective and whose contributions had a consistent point of view. I still remember his coming-of-age encounters with muscular women, which were always fun to read. And of course all those amazing video posts, which must have taken hours of hours of time to construct - and to a Luddite like me, most appreciated! One of the real grown-up presences as opposed to the many trolls.

Reported on the forum whose first rule is... in mid-May, the passing of the man known (most recently) as "the street fighter" has prompted a number of heartfelt tributes.

I'm certainly going to miss hearing from him. He not only spent countless hours editing and posting the vintage [FBBing clips] that we all love seeing here, but he'd make great posts with a lot of enthusiastic insight, which included his own past experiences. He kept things light-hearted and entertaining and the best thing about this board was always reading one of his new video posts with commentary. I had the fortune to exchange several PMs with him over the years. Just a great guy.

His legendary posts brought us edited footage of contests from the entire history of the sport. A 1988 IFBB women's invitational event held in Japan which I'm pretty sure only a handful of devoted heads even knew about, let alone had footage of. The 1990 Iron Maiden, wrong result he reckoned, and complete - as always - with his own technical data: This has been floating around the web and I am unsure who made the original capture. I've attempted to reduce the artifacting from the original compression. I cropped tracking noise and resized the clip with a subtle sharpen. 11:03 Duration 720x540 25fps MKV container X265 compression. Enjoy!

But his love of the sport didn't stop when the moon pose was outlawed. Right up until last year he was still posting his own edits of shows - from Asia, Germany, North America - his love of the contest as great as ever, new divisions and all. Female bodybuilding is my first love, he wrote in 2017, but Physique is my mistress.

Today, we offer just a few of our favourite street fighter gifs, along with some choice quotes. A tiny selection of what he so passionately shared with his fellow heads.

I know there are a number of implant haters on this sight.
However, if you have never experienced feeling a woman with implants under the muscle flexing her chest you should try it once.
The reason being is that the because of the pressure on the implant from the contraction of the pectoral muscle the entire chest becomes hard.
It feels like the entire breast is muscle.

I quickly laid on my back.
My eyes had started to adjust to the darkness and the way she moved to get on top of me was like that of a powerful lioness.
Her long golden hair cascading over her muscular body.
Once again she took my cock in her hand and put me inside her.
As my dick slowly squeezed in, it felt like it was going to start sweating because she was so hot inside.
It was then I realized that just like a bodybuilder does before going on stage she had pumped up. She had pumped up her vagina muscles.

I always watch British competitions with trepidation. I'm worried my estranged wife will show up in the Extreme/Super Body class with the intention of making me regret separating from her.

However, no Extreme Body class in this event - a double edged sword.
I love the huge muscle but not sure how I would deal with seeing my wife on stage again. Anyway, lots of muscle flexing in heels and thong bikinis.

Sabine Wick poses really fast on stage and a lot is happening that we miss so I had this idea. I made these gifs from the clip that stitchface posted (the best footage of Sabine Wick I've seen).

I used software to create tweens (short for in-betweens) making frames based on weighted motion and inverse movement.
This took the existing footage from 3 minutes to about 12.
Then I combined the original and extended footage and slowed down her flexing but left her transitions at normal speed.

If you guys think this is cool let me know.
If you think it sucks let me know too!

I briefly corresponded with him in late 2013, asking for permission to use some of his fantastic gifs. He was only too glad to oblige, and very encouraging about the blog. I particularly remember him saying that "you've really started to find your own voice", which - coming from him, a man whose knowledge of female muscle past and present was so great it was actually kind of intimidating - I found incredibly flattering.

We talked about our love for muscles several times. He seemed like such a nice man and he was sincere in his passion, his love of sharing so cool. I will miss him!

For any forum member to get such a send-off is absolutely unheard of, and probably says more about the way he touched so many with his generosity and skills than any cack-handed attempt from me to eulogise him could. He will, indeed, be missed.

Around the World: China

Around the World is an occasional series celebrating the female bodybuilders of a particular country, and examining any issues peculiar to muscle women there.

imagebam.com

Today, we visit China, hardly - despite the numbers - a hot bed of female muscle so far. Unless you are an Asian FBB nut, it's unlikely that you could come up with more than a few Chinese FBBs, if any. Those that have made something of an international name for themselves - Zhang Ping, Xinli Cao, and Liang Yueyun, for example - have had to overcome considerable cultural (and/or economic) obstacles to do so. Women in China have long associated being beautiful with being skinny, says CNN correspondent Nanlin Fang, a situation not unique to China by any means, but also noted by Beijing gym owner Hou Shiyao. Most of the women who come to our studio aim to lose weight, she says. They want to be like a skeleton, or a piece of paper!

imagebam.com

However, that may be changing. The skeletal body may still be the ideal for the majority of Chinese women, but an increasing number are, according to Hou Shiyao, coming with a slightly different, slightly more muscular goal - majiaxian.

imagebam.com

Literally, this translates as "vest lines", but in fact it's how you say "six-pack" in Chinese, and claims Nanlin Fang, China's "increasing exposure to Western lifestyles has made a desire for a more muscular physique, especially visible abdominal muscles, trendy." Chinese women, besides the usual summer essentials, have found another accessory, confirms the (newspaper) People's Daily - six-pack abs have become the latest fashion.

imagebam.com

On Chinese social media #majiaxian has been at or near the top of the trending topics list ever since Chinese New Year, with women proudly flaunting their new flat/muscular midriffs all ready for summer. I bought a gym membership as a birthday gift for myself, says fashion designer Liang Yuan - one such woman charting her journey to majiaxian via WeChat, the country's most popular social media app. I wanted to challenge myself. Now friends and family members have started to call me a "fitness monster" because I workout twice a day, seven days a week.

imagebam.com

A capital B Bodybuilder Liang (and the vast majority of the #majiaxian WeChatters) may not be, but she (and they) are indicative of a change in attitude which is backed up by the stats. A 2017 Gym Data Report stated that females now account for 51.3% of members in China's gyms, with chest and back exercises almost as popular among them as those focusing on abs. Moreover, an impressive number (almost 20%) of those female gymgoers stated that they used fitness equipment "in the same way as men".

imagebam.com

Pioneering Chinese IFBB pro Mou Cong is hardly the most defined in the Figure division in which she competes, and few of the random women from pan-China contests in 2017 and so far in 2018 that we came across while researching this piece are very six-packy. However, when you consider there are around 650m women in China, all this adds up to potentially the biggest explosion in female muscle ever.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Liu Zhichang, a 25-year-old working in a marketing team at a Beijing tech company claims workouts posted on WeChat have spread among her friends "like a virus". Every woman I know wants to have majiaxian, she says. Especially if they have seen a friend's toned abs. At first, I just secretly admired them, but then I decided to dedicate myself to working out, to make it a habit. I want to have majiaxian, and I will.

Penpraghai Wins Again

imagebam.com imagebam.com
@2017 Olympia

Sightings of this beautiful woman are rare. Before her appearance at the Europa Orlando two weeks ago we hadn't seen her on stage since her Olympia debut last September. She made the top 10 there - the first ever Asian in the Physique division, and the first Asian woman in any division to do so for nearly a decade.

imagebam.com imagebam.com
@2016 Arizona Pro

The Arizona Pro in 2016 had been her first show for nearly four years, and by winning it, she qualified for that 2017 Olympia before the 2016 Olympia had taken place! Not for Penpraghai the slog of competing at contest after contest, slowly accumulating - or not - qualification points. She came, she won, she qualified, and in doing so gave she herself the best possible chance to do well - a full twelve months to prepare.

imagebam.com imagebam.com
imagebam.com imagebam.com

And it's not like she's been all over social media in the last few years. I remember her Facebook account being taken over, "hijacked", by her ex-trainer (allegedly) and this led to fans complaining she had ripped them off etc., so that's probably why. Since that Olympia appearance followers have seen her sit on a motorbike, do a bit of travelling in her own country, go out with friends at New Year, and in between do what she does at the gym where huge pictures of her adorn the walls - Siam Barbell in Pattaya.

imagebam.com

Not having to wait four years, or even twelve months to see her in action again consequently feels like a bit of a treat. As always seems to be the case, she was perfectly prepared (despite the rush job - just seven months since the Olympia!), and needed to be. The Europa Orlando Physique line-up was packed with quality - the competition including Marjorie Beck and Katie Lee (winner and runner-up in St. Louis the week before), Brittany Watts and new FMS swoon Sarah Fechter (both arriving on the back of recent top 3 finishes), and Hot and Hard 100 sensation Valentina Mishina (currently leading the 2018 Olympia qualifying standings).

imagebam.com imagebam.com
imagebam.com imagebam.com

Their competition proved to be for 2nd place. Penpraghai was, as she had been in Septemeber 2016 among a similarly competitive field in Arizona, a class apart.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

In a post-show interview she reveals to Natalia Coelho that she'd done only 14 weeks of actual prep for Orlando, as opposed to the 18 she did before the last Olympia. I'm very excited to be going back to the Olympia, she (sort of) says in her hardly fluent English. The last time was a great experience, and all the girls looked awesome.

imagebam.com

Very true that last bit, but also true that she looked awesome enough to beat most of them. And I wouldn't bet against Penpraghai beating a few more come September.

And more from Orlando next week.

January Clearance! [O-R]

"Too many to feature here" is a phrase I seem to have typed a lot over the past year, referring to the vast number of women and/or images the female muscle head is faced with in these instant information times. On the upside, you never go short. The downside for the blogger is there are far too many to feature here - there I go again.

It felt wrong just to forget about the women we intended to feature at some stage during 2017 but didn't. Firstly, the fact they have come to our attention at all is the result of some pretty solid sifting by the FMS research team, and it would just be plain rude to ignore all that hard work. And secondly, it's not the case that we once thought these women were worth posting about and don't anymore - we still do.

The solution we came up with is The FMS January Clearance - we're going to feature all the women who are taking up space in the "TBC" folder on the 2017 planner. And you're getting them all together in a sort of but not really alphabetical order (you'll see what I mean). Further your enjoyment by clicking on the names.

Five beautiful bods a day for seven days. Have fun!

OLIVIA TAYLOR

imagebam.com

Sometimes... Sometimes it's HARD to type. I mean, look at this young woman. Wow.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Olivia is an NPC Figure competitor with in excess of 22,000 Instagram followers, and is yet to do a national level show. I wonder how many people look at me and assume I’m completely normal, she says. Hmmm. Exactly zero people, I would imagine. Unless having more than your fair share of the Lauren Martin Stow vibe is what "normal" looks like in Phoenix, Arizona. And if that's the case I need to relocate there. Now.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Or at least right after I sort through the 100+ images of Olivia that made the shortlist for this post, which may take a while. Sometimes this blogging lark is HARD work.

SAMANTHA OPIDA

imagebam.com

And here's another young lady not exactly lacking in the looks department.

imagebam.com

Samantha's own unique beauty is of Filipino origin, though she's based in the state of New York. Her brains are currently being employed on a Biology major at university, while her brawn probably came in handy during her times in the US Marines.

imagebam.com

That top wasn't ripped when she started her workout...

PIA MAHLAKAARTO

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Finland has produced more than its fair share of worshipful women over the years, and Pia is yet another muscle beauty for the country to be proud of. If you don't already know, take a wild guess as to her age. I'll let you know how accurate you were in a bit.

imagebam.com

She doesn't seem to compete, but she is a supplement company "brand ambassador", so taking pictures of herself looking gorgeous and fit, which is not something I have a problem with at all, is basically her job. When she's not working out, filming herself working out or making other women her age feel inadequate by taking impossibly gorgeous selfies of her lean and muscular body, she's probably tearing along one of Finland's freeways on one of the motorcycles she has an (almost) equal passion for.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Guess the age? 42. For real.

ASHLEE POTTS

imagebam.com

I felt like we probably had featured Ashlee before, but I turned out to be wrong, so here for the first time on FMS is one of the more well-known bodies and faces that we've brought you this week. And it's not difficult to see why she has over 40,000 Instagram followers and an ever-growing fanbase among the brethren. Well, at least among the ones who aren't averse to a bit of NPC Figure with a Cameron Diaz vibe thrown in.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Ashlee was competing in 2015, but we haven't found her on stage again since then (though we may be wrong). This hasn't stopped her star rising though - professional photoshoots, appearances in Figure Goddess of the Year polls, that sort of thing. And she's not getting any less good-looking, is she? Nor are those arms getting any smaller.

imagebam.com

Another one in the eye for the fake news "muscle women look like men" brigade.

RAYNESHA SHARPE

imagebam.com imagebam.com

She competed for the very first time in November 2016 and just about bang on a year later she was receiving the runner's-up prize on her pro debut. In between she had won her class at the Jr Nationals. 3 shows, 2 wins and a second. New pro, big potential.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

She's pretty much got everything. Those cuts on her legs are sublime, Raynesha-sharp abs, and when she turns around and gives you an eyeful of that back and those glutes, it gets even better. The body of a lifetime athlete - cheerleading, diving, rowing, track - honed to perfection in the gym. And she hasn't been training for that long either, only really focusing on weights since the May before her first contest. Great smile too!

imagebam.com

You get what you work for, she says. She must work HARD.

Ten more never-before-on-FMS beauties to come this week. Five of them tomorrow.
