Dena: A Retrospective (Day 5)

Screening 5: Abs Night

Posing Off Stage 1.12
Muscle Angels: Bikini Abs Close-up 2.00

It’s all about Dena’s abdominals tonight. Two clips from different moments in her career, but both of them showcase her magnificent ripped, rippling midsection, shown off as only Dena can.

Our first clip, tonight’s short, was made by a fan, Chris (or Christopher) Wilson aka 'nycrollas', who started attending female bodybuilding shows in 2006 and got into photographing and videoing the ladies he met there. This clip with Dena is one of a number of clips from one of those shows. You can see more on his youtube channel and his (sadly) now inactive blog Buffcuties.

Wilson captures Dena ultra-ripped. There’s some bicep posing, and then the shirt gets lifted up and the clip really takes off. Dena proceeds to flex her insanely-defined abs with her usual aplomb.

And for our feature tonight, a little more of Dena’s work with Muscle Angels. I’ve dated this clip around 2010 or 2011, so it’s very much towards the end of Dena’s competitive career, an interesting comparison with Wilson’s work.

It’s a treat for the abs fan, pure and simple. For two minutes, Dena flexes little else, and the camera moves in close, catching every detail and putting the viewer more or less on their knees, up close and personal with Dena, her tiny bikini, and her mouth-watering abdominal muscles.

Only at the very end does the camera pull back a little to reveal a smirking Dena. She knows full well what she has just done to you. This may be the shortest feature clip in our programme this week, but it is also probably the most intense. Enjoy!

Come back tomorrow for a longer look at Dena.

And if you haven’t experienced today’s clip (or any of the other clips this week) in its entirety, FMS would be delighted to point you in the direction of a place where it can be found for download. Just get in touch.

  1. That YouTube video is probably the one clip I watched the most! I love it!
