Phwoaaar! Some women just have it, and Tiina is definitely one of them.
A fitness competitor since 2000, this year marked Tiina’s debut in Figure and an appearance at the Highland Games (!). I highly recommend her blog, both for the pictures of this stunning woman, and the insight it provides into the life of a competitor, with all its ups and downs, its sacrifices, and its rewards.
