The highest Crossfitter on our list, and probably the only woman on it who can deadlift 255lbs and change two 60-pound tyres in 12 seconds, Christmas' NASCAR activities got a lot more media attention than her Crossfit performances did. She even made the Daily Mail, who called her a "glamorous weightlifter".

She seems to be focusing on preparing others for shows rather than herself these days, and we struggled to find pics of her from the last year. But in the end, we decided it's best just to have Debbie as we remember her, all dark, defined and pumped, if only because that's probably what you were voting for!

Gillian Kovack is back! On her Facebook page in January she announced, Start my prep for the Toronto Pro Supershow in the morning!! May 31st I hit the stage again with the goal & fire to qualify for the 2014 Ms Olympia!!! And judging by some of the pics she posts there, Gillian has, like Lisa Giesbrecht, been doing some serious GROWING in 2013, making her comeback an even more exciting prospect.

Not even the fact that she appeared in an Adam Sandler comedy has dampened the passion many of you have for Kris... Just joking. No, really, congratulations to Kris, on her Hollywood debut. It's called Grown Ups 2, and I'll bet there's at least a few interesting scenes (the ones Kris is in). Incredible to think that it was five years ago she was Nationals champion and, many of us hoped, female bodybuilding's brightest new star. Maybe that's part of her enduring appeal. She left us wanting more. She's still got it in spades though, as these more recent pics show. Still got the looks. Still got the guns.
