From Russia Enhanced: Sadistka

Resurrection is possible only after complete self-destruction.

imagebam.com

We've been utterly smitten with 2015 Moscow Classic Physique winner Valentina Mishina since we came across her at the back end of last year. Her spectacularly developed and defined legs have already been featured here on FMS - during our 12 Days of Christmas - and today we'll be salivating over the rest of her as well.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

According to Valentina, there's around 8kg more hard and sexy muscle on her beautiful body than there was in 2014, and she seems to have spent the best part of the last year revelling in its display. And her plans for 2016 are not too dissimilar.

imagebam.com

Looking at my progress pictures I see how much more work I have to do, but it only adds to the excitement I feel. Back and shoulders beware! I need to make you grow.

imagebam.com

Growing, for Valentina, means pain. Self-inflicted pain, the "self-destruction" in the opening quotation. My whole body aches, she writes on her VK. Productive day.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Such model looks, and at the same time she's so into making her body more and more freakily muscular. It's an addiction for her, a fetish almost, or even actually in fact. Her VK and Instagram name is "sadistka" with a 666 at either end. For Valentina, it seems, pain really is pleasure, because pain means muscle and muscle means pleasure.

imagebam.com

You won't find it hard to believe I am not the only one to have gone completely doolally over her in the last few months. Forum posters have worn out the "O" and "W" keys in their attempts to make the longest "WOW" in the history of mankind as they search for ways to describe their first reaction to Valentina. The pleasure she derives from bodybuilding is itself giving pleasure to so many of us, her addiction feeding our own in some kind of ecstatic opposite to a vicious circle. Her pain is our pleasure!

imagebam.com imagebam.com

She's got a crush on the "unreal" Dani Reardon, and a crush on the "perfect" body of Shanique Grant. When the form is phenomenal, Valentina notes, no artificial boobs are necessary. And with a pec line as unreal and perfect as her own, she should know.

imagebam.com

She's arrogant. Tomorrow at the exhibition if you want to talk to me, do not even try. She's funny. Transformation from a normal to the modern. Well, out of the ordinary in a bikini anyway. And such a beauty with those long dark locks and those big brown eyes. And bodybuilding and muscle are her pleasure. She's absolutely PERFECT!

imagebam.com imagebam.com
imagebam.com imagebam.com

Valentina goes by the name sadistka666 on VK and the see your sadistka and raise you 666sadistka666 on Instagram. On Twitter she's the somewhat less scary vmishina666, and the extremely scary wolverine_from_hell on Skype. But she's just plain old Valentina Mishina (albeit in Russian - Валентина Мишина) on YouTube.

From Russia Enhanced: Behemoth

imagebam.com

Russia, as every schoolboy and schoolgirl knows, is the biggest country in the world. It covers more than one-eighth of the Earth's total inhabited land area, a consciousness-expanding 17,075,400 square kilometres (or a mere 6,592,800 square miles).

And it's going to need all of them to accommodate Natalia if she keeps growing.

imagebam.com

But more than that, it's going to need to rescale just about everything, from sun loungers to kitchens, from clothes to armchairs. If more of its daughters follow Natalia's lead, it won't just be its land area that will seem Brobdinagian in size.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Must be morphed, they state as the latest jaw-dropping image of Natalia hits the forums. She's become, in some pics almost too exciting to look at, if you know what I mean. She's so breathtaking, madness-inducing, groin-activating. And anyone - male or female - unfortunate enough to actually be in the same photo looks so comically ordinary, so comically small in comparison with this beautiful behemoth.

imagebam.com

Imagine, if you will, being the camera dude in the scenario below. Your job, to look at her. And take photos of what you see. Or maybe it's to look at her while you ask her questions and keep looking at her while she answers them (in that deep rich voice of hers). Why does he seem to be concentrating so hard? Your guess is as good as mine, but I would have melted into a puddle of madness on the gym floor long before I'd got any of my equipment set up, so he's to be applauded for getting as far as he has.

imagebam.com

Imagine also being the forum meber whose work the candid below left is. Imagine you are going about your daily business and you actually spot Natalia. Stand back and snap away or go ahead and ask for a picture? I imagine I would be far too overcome with The Madness to actually consider interacting with her (or anybody else for that matter), so I would have been equally as surreptitious as our Natalia-spotting hero was. Stalker-like? Perhaps, but surely a reaction that every other female muscle head recognises.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

And it doesn't look as though Natalia has any plans to stop growing. Looks as though she's just going to keep on getting more and more massive, more and more overwhelming. I tell you, they're going to need a bigger kitchen. And they're going to need clothes in a new NXL (Natalia extra large) size, and bigger fitting rooms to try them on in, and build bigger cars, which will need bigger, wider roads...

imagebam.com

Natalia gets media in Russia it seems. The latest has her - as far as I can tell, my Russian ain't what it used to be - "entertaining" some curious prison inmates. See for yourself.

And she can do this!!! I can't look, I really can't.

From Russia Enhanced: Sasha Rudenko

Hello again, and a belated Happy New Year to all of you lovely readers.

FMS is back, refreshed and this year beginning the week on Monday and ending it on Sunday, like "normal people", as opposed to our customary Saturday to Friday run. No reason, just felt like the right thing to do. And we've also decided, after a brief experiment, to disallow anonymous comments again, not because there were any negative or offensive ones, but because it opened the door to online marketeers, and we have, quite frankly, been inundated with shite we had to moderate away. So if you want to comment, you'll need some kind of Google etc. ID. Apologies if that's a problem, but there are ways you can get in touch apart from the comment box like the old email 6ft1swell@gmail.com, and the new(ish) Twitter @6ft1swell for starters.

Comments and suggestions are always welcome.

And to kick off 2016 on FMS, we've decided to spend a week with some enhanced Russian athletes. Not the type who were so vilified in the media after the IAAF's drug-testing procedures were called into question, but those enhanced with muscle.

imagebam.com

Today, a Russian Physique competitor whose notable legs we met briefly on the blog last year (see Rolling Thunder 089-100), and who gained some unexpected publicity in the UK around the same time that the IAAF story was breaking, Sasha Rudenko.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

The story appeared at the end of November courtesy of the Mail Online, the internet arm of the Daily Mail newspaper, not a publication I go anywhere near in the normal course of things - think Trump's point of view then go a bit tot he right an you're about where the Mail stands on most things. However, as we've noted in the past here, the Mail Online has a penchant for picking up female muscle stories from the UK and elsewhere. And they are, pretty much all, positive. Though not, sadly, this time.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

I am, of course, using the term "story" lightly, because if ever there was a non-story, it's here. Woman bodybuilder, 24, posts photos taken just one year apart showing her transformation but fans claim her shock of grey hair is a sign she's destroying her body, read the (rather long) headline. Apparently, "snaps of Aleksandra Rudenko shocked followers in social media". Those followers then "hit out, saying she had 'ruined' her body by over-training and looked 'unrecognisable' after just a year of competing".

imagebam.com

The shocking pics in question were Sasha's own and showed her at her absolute driest just before her appearance at the IFBB Worlds. As we all know, the conditioned to within an inch of her life pre-contest feed female bodybuilder doesn't always look her best, but according to the Mail, this was too much for the "haters who descended onto her social media". After much horror andhand-wringing, the article moves on to how Sasha herself "gracefully" replied. And she pretty much said what I have just said.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

How it got there, I cannot even imagine, she said in reference to the article afterwards. Well, Sasha, I imagine things went along something like this...

There's a journo, a journo who knows female muscle stories get bought by the Mail, maybe they've sold the Mail a few even. And perhaps a bit of extra income wouldn't go amiss as Christmas approaches. Time to find another of those money-spinning female muscle stories. Now, at this point I like to imagine that the journo went to their favourite resource for female muscle related knowledge, that well-regarded blog Female Muscle Slave. Just as easily it could have been the FMS quoting (and I mean in FULL) Body of Evidence (see Mr Evidence, I credit you, why don't you credit me?) But anyway, for whatever reason, our journo ends up visiting your VK page.

This must have been soon after November 20th when you posted your progress pics. Journo uses Google translate to decipher the comments (or is fluent in Russian), culls a few pics from when you looked "normal", and the story basically makes up itself after that. Got a new female bodybuilder shocker for you, says the journo to the Mail's editor. And as soon as the cheque is cashed, the kids' Xmas prezzies are upgraded.

imagebam.com

Some of the images the journalist ignored are here in our post today. Sasha looks far from drawn, doesn't seem to be prematurely ageing - she turned 24 in December - and hardly displayed a "ruined" body at the Russian Championships (5th), the Worlds (8th), or the Arnold Europe, in a quite successful first year of international competition.

imagebam.com imagebam.com
imagebam.com imagebam.com

At least I could see myself in comparison with the world's strongest athletes, she said of her contest season. The real indication of your form can only be made standing in line with the best. I could see my mistakes in posing, style and carb loading.

imagebam.com

I'm just looking at her legs, mostly.

imagebam.com imagebam.com

And I'm pleased to report that Sasha was by no means upset by the publicity, bad being better than no, she reckoned. She [author Phoebe Jackson-Edwards] even read and translated comments! Sasha noted with delight as she linked the article. Made my day!

imagebam.com imagebam.com
imagebam.com imagebam.com

I hope she enjoys this even more. Bad publicity may be better than none, but good publicity is better than bad. Maybe there's a journo reading this right now and wondering what positive Sasha Rudenko story they can cook up - "Ruined 25-year-old Russian female bodybuilder is back to her gorgeous best after premature ageing scare" for example. Or maybe they're reading this post tomorrow on Body of Evidence...

CORRECTION

In our only previous Sasha post we claimed she was Norwegian. We were wrong. Russian by birth and nationality, she's only at university in Norway. Apologies, it's what we believed to be true at the time. She's obviously Russian. She's on VK.

Celebrating prime enhanced Russian beef all week. Enjoy!
