The last of three visits to the Arnold Classic Europe celebrates the achievements of British ladies there, and there was more than is customary to celebrate.

So large was the UK contingent that we don't have time or space to see or mention them all, but we'll see as many as is possible in every division.


BIKINI

Junior

Whiteley Davies (left) - 6th (up to 163cm class)

Up to 172cm

The UK was particularly well-represented in the second tallest of the many Bikini classes, with British Bikini babes being awarded the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd places.

FITNESS

It's been coming, and FMS has been tipping Ms Paveley to break through into the pro ranks for some time now. Finally, a first place to go along with all her other podium finishes, though unfortunately for Emma, she didn't win the Overall title.



Still, many congratulations to her.



And it's good to see her win has got some local press at least!

Connie also got a 3rd place in the Junior Bodyfitness class.

There were many other British ladies in the various Bodyfitness classes who we don't have space to show you but we should mention nonetheless. Barbara Kiss took 7th in the up to 163cm class, with Rebecca Caydas and Clare Barks cruelly unplaced. Michelle Leach was 10th in the up to 168cm class, and Natasha McFarlane (8th) and Caroline Caine (10th) competed with Connie Slyziute over 168cm along with Hannah-Marie Berry and Lisa Kelly, both of whom did not place.

And meanwhile...

Masters

Michelle Leach cropped up again and took 10th place in this Open Masters class.



And NABBA veteran Sally Knights (left) and Julie Tomkins also competed.



But the best British result in all the Bodyfitness classes was that of Katalin Jasztrab.



Katalin finished Masters runner-up. She's a former Playboy model, would you believe?




PHYSIQUE

Sadly, we haven't been able to find a single picture of Ivana Mahrikova, formerly of Slovakia, now competing for the UK, who came in 9th in the taller Physique class.

A familiar face, and although it's on top of a slightly smaller and less disgustingly peeled body, yes, that's former UKBFF Female Bodybuilding champ Silvana Imbrogno, back on stage and flexing it open-handed for Britain in the Masters Physique class. Silvana got 4th, and what a treat it is to see her back again.





Congratulations to all the British women who did us proud in Barcelona!

Valentina Rules @ACE 2016

After Hemuvisa's first (we hope of many) edits from the Expo yesterday, today we continue the 2016 Arnold Classic Europe theme with the triumph of Russia's Physique "sadistka", Valentina Mishina (see FMS passim), who won not only her class, but also the Overall title in Barcelona (not Madrid this year) a couple of weeks ago.

Followers of her Instagram (or vk page) would have been forewarned that Valentina would be arriving in Spain in truly jaw-dropping condition, and given the competition - your 2016 Hot and Hard 100 #1 Cris Goy Arellano in the (tall) class, and in the Overall posedown Brazilian Priscila Cavilha, who finished top 3 in the Arnold Amateur in Ohio this year - top shape was what was required for the win.

In the event she beat Arellano (who seems to have had a bit of work done on her nose) decisively to win the class, but took the Overall title from Cavilha by just a single point.



When we first met Valentina on FMS back in January, we noted that she was gaining a significant and devoted following on the fan forums. Since then, that following has continued to grow, and this victory - and the resulting chatter - is bound to gain her even more devotees while taking the fans she had already to new levels of devotion.



Many of her fans make a point of noting she is unenhanced, particularly in the pec department, and that she is a "rare girl" for being tattoo-less. But mainly they just praise her beauty and her physique. She is a dream, wrote one of those fans in the build up to Barcelona. Hard, curvy, beautiful striated muscle from head to toe.



Valentina, meanwhile, seems to have got even more devoted to building that muscle, and the results (both physical and contest) speak for themselves. A former champion powerlifter, she has transformed herself in three years into (arguably) the top amateur Physique competitor in Europe, perhaps her next victory will be at the Worlds.

GIRLS AT ARNOLD CLASSIC EUROPE 2016

It's that time of year again, when one man boldly goes to the Arnold Classic Europe and skillfully points his camera at every one of the many hot hard women he can find there. And then he edits his footage, puts a nice pumping beat to it all, and then he uploads it to his You Tube channel. And we all get to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

or, HOW TO MAKE YOURSELF THE REAL EMMY WINNER

She already set a record in NBC's popular competition, and now this stuntwoman appears to have made another record for the most martial art's moves during television's night of nights. Jessie Graff had already turned heads in a striking red dress, but then had jaws hitting the floor as she executed a number of kicks...



Yes, with our usual not-quite-topical-anymore topicality, our "Pic of the Week" is that picture of that woman with those muscles in that dress doing those moves.

The brethless description of Jessie's antics comes from our old friend of female muscle The Daily Mail the day after the awards ceremony. The "popular competition" where Jessie first entered the American national consciousness was NBC's Ninja Warrior. Her moves and muscles at the Emmy's, however, has ensured her fame has now spread well beyond the Ninja Warrior audience as well as out of the US and across the world.



It's also provided us with a little reminder (as if we needed one) how effortlessly a beautiful, athletic, muscular woman can steal the show anywhere she decides to. At the beach, at the pool, at the club, at the gym, in the doctor's waiting room, the supermarket checkout queue, the parent-teacher evening or television's biggest night of the year. It's hers if she wants it. And Jessie clearly wanted it.

Jessie - who is the stunt woman on the show Supergirl - really put on a show as she stopped to pose for photographers at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California. And making her red carpet display even more impressive is that she did her kicks in six-inch gold strappy heels. The sportswoman first did a flawless back kick showing off her impressive muscular arms at the same time... then continued with her fierce display doing a high front kick. The moves were showstoppers...



The moves were filmed and snapped by the world's media and the next day everyone in the world could find out who the owner of those "impressive muscular arms" were.

Simples. Job done for Jessie.

And meanwhile, another muscle woman is stealing the show in a new H&M ad.

According to H&M, The latest campaign celebrates diversity as well as inspirational women from various backgrounds, encouraging women around the world to embrace their personal style and take pride in who they truly are and what they stand for. And, presumably, encourage them all to go to H&M and buy their clothes while they are being all individual and personal styley and stuff...

Anyway! Yes, there is a diversity of women, and yes, I am totally biased, but is a woman who is (not especially) overweight really so different? Same goes for women who don't shave their pits. And a woman with very short hair?!

Come now, there's really only one woman in the ad who is really, truly outside the norm. She appears (all too) briefly, between seconds 33 and 36.

And she's absolutely breathtaking.



She's Fatima Pinto, a Norwegian martial artist.



And, like Jessie Graf, she's a lady.

An extraordinary lady.
